Yet again fantastic and quick service by Jacob. I called about our pesky GE fridge and describes…read morethe problem Within half an hour or 35 minutes the bell rang and there he was. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan). Lo and behold, that's what it was, and he knew so before he got here. He had the new fan on his hand when he rang the doorbell. Another nice thing is that he cleaned all the gunk out of the chill cabinet before replacing shelves and contents. All in all Jacob was here for maybe 20 minutes! He answered our questions plus a few tips for best usage and upkeep. He also indicated that otherwise our fridge was running well and normally. I truly am edified by how quick, courteous and efficient Jacob is: especially for being a younger fellow. As usual, I give Jacob as enthusiastic a rating as I can muster. I highly recommend him for troubleshooting and fixing your home appliances if you don't wanna just run out and buy new.

An appointment was made, but they never called to tell us a time window. He called them and had to get an appointment for later in the week because they forgot about us. However, the service we received was excellent. We opted to have both the washer and dryer repaired, he had the necessary parts with him. The $150 fee was applied to the total cost which was a lot cheaper than buying refurbished or new appliances instead. We're happy with them and will use again if we need to.

Parts were ordered he returned to install them a few days later. But the machine still leaked. I pointed out that I had replaced the lower door seal. He inspected and adjusted that seal and the machine stopped leaking. A few weeks later, it started to leak again. He returned and reinspecting the machine, pointed out that it was generating bubbles. We apparently have been getting had or manual dish soap into the machine when we load dirty dishes that have been sitting in the sink for a while. We will modify our behavior and we have learned some tricks for dealing with this issue if it happens again.
