My refrigerator is still not getting cold and the freezer is not freezing, despite the technician stating the problem was resolved. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I have now had multiple appointments scheduled with a 3 hour service window, and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I rearranged my day more than once just to sit and wait for a technician who never came. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. I do not understand how this company has positive reviews on google, when based on my experience they are the worse. Parts were ordered he returned to install them a few days later. But the machine still leaked. I pointed out that I had replaced the lower door seal. He inspected and adjusted that seal and the machine stopped leaking. A few weeks later, it started to leak again. He returned and reinspecting the machine, pointed out that it was generating bubbles. We apparently have been getting had or manual dish soap into the machine when we load dirty dishes that have been sitting in the sink for a while. We will modify our behavior and we have learned some tricks for dealing with this issue if it happens again. Bottom line, we have our dishwasher working again, the repairman was very polite and diligent, and we were not charged for follow-up visits. We would use this company again.

We had been having our Jennaire Grill/range with the timer sometimes just going off and had to…read moremanually turn it off. Then one day it went off and would not shut down. After a couple hours waiting and pushing the stop button, we cut the power to it off. We love our indoor range / grill and use it often. We called Mr Appliance and they sent a technician out in a few hours. Ronald came when we were told he would. They even texted us when he was in route and included a picture of him. Nice. He was very friendly, masked and with shoe coverings. He quickly found that the main circuit board was bad. Since the range is 20 years old, and had seen a lot of pancakes, omelettes, steaks and the like, no surprise. But company no longer makes that model board. He said they would have the board rebuilt for $615. We paid the $99 service fee and decided to shop around. Lol. The closest range we found with a grill was over $6,000! So we called, he came back and removed the board. We were told it would take a couple weeks to be rebuilt. In the meantime we cook use the surface burners but not the grill or oven. Thankfully we have a toaster oven we use more than the big oven. Couple weeks later they called, board was in so they scheduled Ronald to come install. He did, and gave us a $99 credit for service call. We were so happy we grilled steaks for dinner and made pancakes next morning on the flat-top.

Originally called in August 2026 to asses the problem with a nine year old dryer. Rep came and…read morenever assessed the problem but went ahead and made a repair of some sort and charged me 259.00. At no time did he tell me about the problem or the potential charge. I needed a dryer, so I went ahead and paid because dryer was now running. The rep then told me if it breaks again within the next ninety days, he would need to come back and replace the belt. Two months later, October 2026, the dryer is not running. I called to make an appointment and was told the belt would cost 261.00 for a 150.00 dollar item. I cancelled the appointment. It is obvious that the rep knew what the problem was when he came the first time. I think he saw that I needed a dryer, because my clothes were laid out in the garage, and he took advantage. Almost 600.00 dollars to fix a nine year old dryer is insane. I can not stand to deal with people who take advantage of people who are in need. I was told by another person that it is the motor that is going bad in my dryer and that a belt would not fix the problem. How dare you do that to people, I believe what goes around will come around. I believe that some of your people will be treated the exact same way that you have treated me and others. I would never, never use these people again, nor recommend them again because they take advantage of people.
