The line was probably 2 ft long but I saw him pull quite a large piece of the carpet away from the wall to get to it. He worked meticulously, methodically and efficiently to pull up the carpet, remove the carpet tape, carefully trim the piece of offending carpet, lay down carpet tape, heat the tape to make it adhesive then, with extreme care, close the gap so that I couldn't tell it was ever there. It was a true demonstration of patience, craftsmanship and skill in what he does. We are very please with Danny's work and highly recommend him if you need carpet repair.

Needless to say they are scratched. They were on the counter that they covered not sure why they had to move them. Then when I went outside the yard had garbage thrown around. I have to places that need repair and we'll see how that goes. When they had to place a piece in a corner they chose a piece that was not even close to the color around it. And the salesman kept talking about leveling the floor and I feel like I'm falling into holes when I walk. The best part of this company is that they do it one day but I'm wondering if that may be their down flaw.

Christina was both knowledgeable, helpful and funny! The selection was great and they allowed me to bring several large carpet samples home to match against the wood stain. The process was quite involved and labor intensive, I was surprised at how much work was involved. The end result is amazing (see before and after photos). I couldn't be happier with my new staircase runner and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! John Moore Flooring in Sun City Center may have some satisfied customers somewhere. I am sorry to…read moresay we are not among them. Our flooring project was a total nightmare. When we selected our laminate flooring, we were expecting a team of installers. We got one guy, a sub-contractor. When that guy accidentally broke my pipes, flooding the house, they sent the owner over to tell me they would reimburse only a fraction of what I had to pay to get a plumber in after-hours to repair it. The floor creaked from the day it was installed, and the owner's response was to criticize the product we selected. There was a low spot in the finished job that required the installation of an extra threshold. The installer made repeated return visits to our home to address the issue, but failed to properly repair it, and the flooring still sags. Bottom line: For our project, at least, John Moore Flooring didn't stand behind their workmanship, and didn't stand behind their product.
