Terrible customer service. i used them once in the past and I had to cancel today's install…read morebecause they said they were on the way and then 3.5 hours later, I couldn't even get a time window. One of the five CSR's I spoke with interrupted me every time I would try to answer and then screamed at me when I asked her to stop interrupting me and put me in touch with a supervisor. then she got back on the phone and said that she couldn't cancel the install because the address that I was giving didn't match the address they had. And the next person I spoke to said that they were not available to come at all today so they would give me a discount if I wanted to wait another day. They are a circus.

Zero stars - forced to pick one…read more Poor attention to detail and ZERO care for the customer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had my floors redone in January of 2022 and now have had water coming up through the foundation from under the planks. Turns out they did not put down a subflooring liner prior to installing the luxury vinyl planks - I was told that in 2022, it was not required to put a subfloor down as it is now. In the instructions, it was recommended for high moisture installations. Given that I live in FL and my house is right next to a lake, that would make this a high moisture installation and they should have put one down. But according to them, they were not required to do that so they ignored the warning and had no care for the customer. I had a separate floor company come out to check it out. He said it was installed incorrectly and that they should have put the subfloor down regardless of it being required or not. The water that is coming up is from hydrostatic pressure in the foundation, which is very common in FL and also this area of town given the bodies of water/humidity. Recently they had someone come to the house to do an "assessment" and found that basically the whole floor needs to be replaced. When I asked for a copy of the assessment they won't provide me with one as per "company policy" but then also couldn't tell me why that policy is in place. After all of that, they offered to replace the floors as a paid service with a discount (LOL NO TY). I will be contacting a lawyer about this. I repeat - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I mean, if you want half-baked work, then these are the people you should call but keep in mind, you'll have more work to be done later on because of them.

4 stars??? I have never made a purchase like this before…read more I visited The Carpet Store because I was buying carpet for a Townhouse I had under contract. I wanted the carpet installed immediately after I closed . I went to The Carpet Store to pick out and purchase carpet. I went early on a Saturday morning. This place is a warehouse not really a "store". Several people were available to help fairly quickly. One to take the plans I brought in and attempt to measure, the other to help us select carpet. I did not know what I was getting myself into because I had no idea there were so many options and the entire process was confusing. From which brand, which material, which padding and the most difficult decision, which color... I was not prepared but I knew I was making a decision that day. Two hours later, I knew a bit more about carpet and padding and stain resistance, etc. We put down a $1000 deposit so they would make an appointment to measure which was scheduled the next week, once they measured, the carpet was ordered and took about a week and half to come in. Long story short, we did not close on the Townhouse and were refunded $750 of the $1000 deposit that was for approximately $3000 worth of carpet. We have about 6 months to use the $250 credit. I am giving 4 stars because this was a difficult process and I have nothing to compare to. The Carpet Store did a pretty good job helping us through it he process. I think!

Would've, could've and should've been a five star rating if not for the time and energy I wasted in…read moregetting my tile order done proper. My tile was to be installed in less than a week, all the while I'm made to assume that my tile is waiting to be picked up. I get a call from the carpet store telling me later that my tile is not available. This is the last thing you want to hear when time is of the essence. Perhaps it was due to the crisis that the tile didn't make it in time. Who knows! I was told I'd hear back with an alternative that closely resembled the original, never heard back. I'll give them a 3 star rating for the initial service I got from them, but this was a big time waster for me.

After paying a 50% deposit on July 10, I was told I would be scheduled immediately. That didn't happen. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a start date. Communication was poor and unprofessional, with broken promises and missed callbacks. The crew finally arrived on July 29. The tile was installed with an extremely thin grout line--something I was never asked to approve but chose to accept. They said they would return the next day to grout and then come back the following day to move the heavy furniture back, which was the agreement I had in place with their representative. Instead, they grouted the next day and replaced the furniture less than an hour later, ignoring the recommended 24-hour grout curing time. When I called the project manager, his dismissive response was, "What do you want them to do?" The crew came back to remove the furniture, clearly annoyed, and became argumentative and disrespectful in my home. One even said they used a thin grout line specifically so they could move the furniture sooner. Later, I was contacted by someone in management, Jonny Sibrian, whose tone was equally rude and condescending. I explained I was arranging a third-party inspection to ensure the tile wasn't damaged due to rushed furniture placement or the use of vinegar (an acidic cleaner that can harm uncured grout). Instead of understanding, he accused me--twice--of trying to avoid paying my bill and even made a veiled threat. I've always paid for quality work, and I fully intend to pay the balance if the job passes inspection. But the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect I experienced with this company were unacceptable. I would not recommend Perfect Choice Flooring to others based on how I was treated or the quality of their work.
