Drive around for a while, noticing it a little hot while moving but way hotter while idling. Got it home and looked under the hood. Coolant was low, taking around a gallon to fill the radiator and reservoir. May have been low when I went in, and I hadn't noticed, but it runs at normal temperature now. Washer fluid reservoir was nearly empty. These were marked as checked on the receipt, when clearly, some items weren't. They did take the time to show me that the air filter was dirty, which I replaced myself for $21. I only went there because I'm taking a trip soon and my regular place was closed for the day. If I go back, I'll watch them the whole time.
