They worked for over an hour to try and help me, and when they were done, they straight up told me that they couldn't figure it out and wouldn't charge me for it, when they could have easily made some excuse to do unnecessary work. (To be fair, even the car manufacturer couldn't figure it out, and other places tried to charge me a LOT of money to fix what turned out to be a wiring problem from a previous repair center in Mckinney). I really appreciated their honesty and the work they put into what they do - it's so important when you trust someone with your car.

Then, surprise--calipers started leaking, and now they're trying to upsell me on more repairs for damage they likely caused.
