I was truly appalled today as I observed the manager verbally abuse his employee for all to see. I felt so sorry for the poor girl as he was yelling at her. I really hope the other people who witnessed this incident will report it too. I found out later that Brandon is the managers name. In my opinion his employee should sue. She needs to, he was so belittling and mean. His conduct was way out of line. Wether you frequent this establishment or not is your business. I hope you don't. Stopped by this joint on the way back to my parents house from the airport and it was AWESOME!!!!! We went through the drive thru which was fast service and our food turned out great. Went into the restaurant tonight for dinner, got the meat potato. The potato wasn't hot enough to even melt the butter. I used the restroom & it was filthy looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in months. The floor in the dining area was so greasy my boyfriend almost fell. The place is dirty & needs cleaned, even the trash can lids in the restaurant are dirty & look like they haven't been cleaned in forever. Sad cause it used to be so good. read more

Very good barbecue in Eldorado, Kansas! We had pulled pork which was great, and two sides. Potato salad was delicious, and cole slaw also. Meats come sauced, and we asked for no Carolina sauce so we could add our own from the table. Servings were good size, and the buttered, toasted, soft white bun for the pulled pork sandwich was the best! Meat was tender and moist and did not really need anything extra. Stopped by Hog Wild tonight and scored a three meat platter including brisket, ribs and spicy sausage. The platters come with a couple of sides and I went with the beans and slaw. Everything was excellent. Bonus for the buckets of dills, jalapenos and onions that you can add to your heart's content. Prices are extremely reasonable. The only thing I might suggest that could improve things here are that things tend to be on the sweet side, but hey, this is a minor thing and a lot of people prefer it on the sweet side. read more

Regrettably, it appears that the food and service is not as good as it used to be. I let it slide that past couple of times, but today was enough. I ordered a one meat dinner to go and the bread and fries were cold. (I only had to travel on block to my destination to eat it) They never put enough BBQ sauce on for my tastes, so I asked for extra. They said it would cost an additional .39 cents for more sauce. If I ate it there, I could have as much as I wanted. It already costs over $12 for the meal and they have the nerve to charge for a little extra BBQ sauce. On the positive side, the place is always clean and employees are friendly. read more

This is well worth the stop. The ribs are delicious and tender. The service is excellent. My husband and I split the rib dinner. Waitress asked if we would like separate plates and to put each one of our sides on each plate and a piece of Texas toast. Then they cut the six ribs apart and put three for each of us on our plates. This was good and it's hard to get off the road in Wichita so it makes this a doubly good find. I had the open faced beef sandwich on mashed potatoes and gravy with Mac and cheese. It's the nickleback of BBQ, other than their commercial plays on the radio ever 2 min, I don't understand how they have s many locations. Their meat is drowned in sauce I'm guessing to hide the fact that it doesn't taste, like it had no flavor. Their sides taste like they buy them from KFC and microwave as needed.
