I understand if you have one delivery driver or whatever but if the delivery time says 40 minutes then I will expect it in 40 minutes not a hour and ten minutes. I never yelled at the delivery driver as she is only doing her job but the management is poor for sure. Schedule people better when you know when your busy times are.
