All work was done in a few hours, and he took the time to listen to my needs and helped figure out a new, better drain pattern. Upon completion of the job, he told me to keep an eye on one area he had tested that was flowing well, but might need an adjustment. I did as instructed for the next year, and when cleaning the gutters (I did not opt for gutter guards) did notice a slight amount of standing water. So, I gave Willie a call and he came back out and made an adjustment for me. BUT, not only did he do that, but he cleaned all the gutters in the process as well as my roof (which did need to be done, but certainly not by him)! He also worked with me to add on an underground drain pipe taking the gutter water further away from my foundation, an idea I never would have thought of, for a great price. Absolutely recommend!

The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me.
