Approx 3 weeks later The element in the dryer failed. The dryer service tech and I cleaned out our vent while he was here, and it was amazing how blocked it was...Hi Tech either did not do the work, or did a very poor job. I will not recommend them.

He failed to show up at the appointed time. Called to find out what's up and he said he lost our information and wanted to reschedule. After adjusting our schedule to meet his needs, and moving furniture so he wouldn't have to, he's dreaming if he thinks we'd do business with him.
