Gate was crooked, hardware was put on crooked and gate would open even while locked. Called owners multiple times and said "they would be out tomorrow" every time. They never showed up. I was told I wouldn't have to touch the exterior logs for years. Months later, it looks like the cabin hasn't been touched. Months later, they sent someone over when I wasn't home and they PAINTED my deck - which was never part of the original job - in fact, I specified that they not touch any wood whatsoever that was covered by a roof or awning. I had to wait months for them to send someone out to fix my front deck. The guy they sent, Bryant, told me he was the guy on the job who stained and finished the exterior logs and he remarked that something was certainly wrong with the job. The owner, Steve, has refused to address this after multiple phone calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. He'll be hearing from my attorney!
