They were there before we moved in dropping posts, and then again the day we moved in and had the fence done by that evening. The fence looked amazing and is strong and sturdy. Then, two months ago in April 2014 a storm came through and messed up the gate and the hardware that was keeping the lock in place in the ground. It stripped out some of the wood and made it to where it wouldn't lock. I put some logs down to keep it from swinging and just assumed that I was going to have to go to Lowes and repair this thing. But, before I did, I gave John a call last week at Privacy Fence to see if there was a warranty or anything. John was awesome. He said that there wasn't a warranty at this point, but he knew exactly what happened and said that since he was coming out my way this week, he would come by and take a look. He showed up today with Steve and they reinforced the gate, screwed some new holes and dropped the bar back in the ground. Easy. No charge. It's the kind of service that you just don't get anymore these days. It blew my mind. These guys are really nice, they build quality fences at a great price, and they stand by what they do. You really can't ask for a better deal. If you need a fence done in NWA, these guys need to be at the top of your list.

He assured me quality work at a reasonable price and boy did they deliver! Not only did they do an excellent job on my fence and gate but you can't even tell they were there, everything is cleaned up neat and tidy and we're extremely quick. Also a huge bonus they were very conscientious of the fact that I have dogs and we're extremely accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you guys so much!

Lady…read morearrived promptly- there were 3 other cars parked in the driveway- she pulled into the drive to where noone could exit. i ran put to her car before she got out and asked her to please move her car so others could get out- she said "Right Now??"". in a terrificly hateful tone- and I answered "Yes, right now"! she rolled her eyes, huffed into her truck- everyone standing in my yard witnesseher attitude- so i told hwr just to forget it. Called their office and the lady answering the phone said she must have felt threatened. we had a family emergency and one of our family members needed to leave. no threat - just hateful people. would never recommend.

I gave him a ride on our UTV so he wouldn't need to walk. Wood fence needs minor repairs and gate systems need replaced. Didn't see him take and notes and didn't get a call back. I finally called to inquire about our bid. The lady who answered, paused when I asked about my bid and transferred me to the k on home of the gentleman who came out. I left a message and still nothing. I chose this company because how long they've been doing business in NWA. This was a disappointing experience.

He quickly finished a lot of the projects I wasn't able to do. From installing and finishing my door frames to changing out my old door, it was all done within a few hours.
