Before cutting the entire tree, he made sure I was happy with the height, and he even had me check everything again when he finished. I really appreciated how thorough and communicative he was. I've had other companies in the past just show up, cut branches with a chainsaw, and drive off. Jericho used an 8-foot ladder to make sure the job was done right so I wouldn't need another trim anytime soon. He also mulched the branches that couldn't be raked up, which I really appreciated. I got a text saying they could do the job the same week I got my quote.
