Meticulous is the first word that comes to mind. William didn't show up with a bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels. No, he was well equipped, thorough, and took his time getting my windows done. He took all the screens off my windows and washed them with great care. I suspect they're now cleaner than they were when my house was brand new. My dog seems to agree. When I got home, we went to the back sliding glass door to let him out, and it was so clean he thought it was open and booped his nose into the glass. No harm done, just a bit of confusion on his part. It was so clear he couldn't tell. William is reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend him more highly. read more

William communicated clearly when and what he would do, showed up on time with all necessary equipment and put my mind at ease by being cognizant of the fact that I have a household of girls. The quality and attention to detail as well as going above and beyond by cleaning the tracks in the windows as well as using a razor to get the more difficult mineral residual was amazing. We can't say enough good things about William The Window Washer! He clearly communicated when he was available for estimates and cleaning--even let us know if he was running behind. He was thoughtful and conscientious, which made us feel really comfortable having him on our property. We highly recommend William. He is meticulous not only in the spotless condition he leaves the windows but the screens, trim, and seals.
