Since it was winter they took my rug to the shop and then forget about me. Weeks passed and when I called to ask if they were ever going to bring it back they said yes and brought me back a still damp rug. After walking on it for few days it became dingy, dirty and crushed. They came back out for a redo in my driveway and it looked a bit better but it was destroyed. 6 months later I am still upset every time I pass my rug and wanted to warn others to make sure it comes back dry as I have learned a very expensive lesson.
