One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

When Mac showed up, he was polite, professional and courteous as the seller was moving out, and we were moving in. He was in the middle. They were really bad and I thought we were probably going to have to replace them, but they look new again. Wonderful job, professional equipment, good service, and the guy knows what he's doing and took his time to make sure the job was well done. He didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff I didn't need, which was great as well. He did the entire house and was in and out in just over an hour. At the great price I got from them, I will probably not put off cleaning carpets as long as I had before, and might make it a yearly thing as I think I'm supposed to.
