After I complained to the office manager via phone, they said a crew would return to correct the issues. Three days later they showed up without the necessary equipment and blamed that on their manager misinforming them. (A crew that badmouths their manager?!) After I expressed to the crew my disappointment at wasting my time, they decided to give up instead of going back to get what they needed. At that time, I sent a text to the office manager and never heard back.

He failed to show up at the appointed time. Called to find out what's up and he said he lost our information and wanted to reschedule.
