After the first 1 didn't show up for 2 weeks and started ignoring my calls I went to the next guys. I'll be nice enough not to mention names but as you can imagine it was the same story with the next guy. They both quoted between 800 and 850 to patch a spot on my back porch. I was extremely frustrated when I went looking for the 3rd roofing company which brought me to four seasons roofing. Not only did they answer the phone call on the first try. They wanted to come out that day. Wow. I thought. I had my estimate the next day and they started a week later only due to it raining every day in between. It's been a couple of months. No leaks!!!! Oh and did I mention they quoted me 650. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

I am a retired Residential Contractor. I hired FES with average expectations. Come to find out,…read morethey fully exceeded my expectations. Not only was I given a fair price, they did the following: Replace a roof boot for free that was not within the scope of the contract. The delivery company had an oil leak on our concrete driveway and they resolved the issue the next day. Kept in contact by returning calls with minutes. Exceptional cleanliness leaving no debris or nails. Old roof was torn off and replaced in ONE DAY. Our home is 3500 square feet with many valleys and 4 dormers. I recommend FES with out any reservation for roofing and gutter work. My only regret is not knowing them while I was in business!

They came out to inspect the problem, found that one of the pipes on the roof is damaged and causing the problem. Since we were expecting more rain, they came back that same afternoon to temporarily seal the area until we can permanently fix it. Kristin and Jarred were outstanding to talk with and explained everything! You don't find customer service like this anymore, it was so refreshing! If you need any work done please give them a call! They do so much more than just roofing so check them out! I am so glad we did!

I contracted with the Conway branch for roof, siding and paint on my house. I was assured that…read morethey would use expert installers that worked for them. Roofers did a good job but it went downhill from there. The first siding installers messed it up completely and severely damaged the front and rear doors, and damaged the new roofing edges by leaning ladders against it. First Star sent a second crew that tore off and replaced the siding but couldn't fix the doors. They even replaced the front storm door but it still wouldn't work right because the doorframe was sprung. Then the power wash crew came out but didn't have a power washer. They had to go to Home Depot and buy one. Wanted to quit 2/3 of the way through because they didn't bring any fuel for it. I put my own gas in it for them to finish. When the paint crew showed up they didn't even have any ladders and had to use mine. They didn't caulk the gaps as promised. First Star had no qualms about leaving a 75 year old man to caulk siding and touch up paint, and repair doors and doorframes so the doors will actually close and latch. Plus I'm still picking up chunks of fiber cement siding, nails, and shards of aluminum soffit from the yard. It's not like they were pressed for time. Started in October, finished in August. You'd be better off going to Home Depot early in the morning and picking your own crews. Probably would get better results.
