When I asked Michael to come back to fix these things, he said we owed him $800. He and I discussed this at length, but I could never really understand the math. Regardless, we'd already paid him a lot of money, so I wasn't going to pay another $800 to correct sloppiness and mistakes. I finally gave up.

The first time, he accidentally cancelled it in his calendar. Fortunately, that worked out, as it ended up being a stormy day. Our adjuster was nice enough to come by personally to let us know we needed to reschedule. So Craig was off the hook, even though he wouldn't have been at our home anyway. The 2nd time, he read my text wrong concerning our insurance adjuster appointment, and Craig was unable to make it to town to meet our adjuster. When I said we were going to go with another roofing company, he rudely said, "Fine! Go with another company then!" Do NOT use this company, as they cannot seem to get their schedules correct, and they don't seem to care about their customers!

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication, expectation for me to eat costs after agreeing to an increase in price twice (I didn't argue.), this is negatively impacting my income, and I still have no roof installed. I signed a contract for a roof replacement on 3/25. Since then there have been two additional cost increases to the contract due to missing materials, and incorrect measurement of the size of the roof. Multiple specific requests to be notified of when the install date is have gone unanswered. I work from home and will be unable to schedule clients for that date, so need to know in advance. I have been incredibly clear that this is important and I need a specific date. Yesterday I was informed the roof above the front door could not be installed because of the condition under the metal roof. This may void my homeowners insurance for future claims on that section of the roof and is not at all what was agreed on in the contract. They offered to repair the metal roof flashing, and leave the hail damaged metal. Additionally I was told that I would not be receiving a refund on the materials for this portion of the project because the company has had to "eat costs" on my project. Still don't have confirmation on an install date other than "Maybe Monday or Tuesday."

From looking at my phone I could see that he was at the door. I immediately turned around and returned home. In the meantime, I called him to let him know I was heading back. He did not respond to my calls. Finally, he picked up and I said I will be right there. He hung up on me. When I returned home, he would not look at me or acknowledge me. I asked him why did he hang up on me? He told me he had nothing to say. He threw the receipt on my counter and proceeded to work without saying a word. I immediately called my husband to inform him of what was going on as he was not home. After Thom was done he immediately left but remembering to take his check. I followed him and asked him what was the problem. He commence to argue and asked me what did I think? I honestly had no idea. Needless to say I will never have him in my home again!!
