Then I spotted end tables and lamps which Kevin and another rep gladly moved by the sofa so I could see if I wanted them too. I ended up taking all the items. They were delivered within days. We also ordered a tall dresser to match the dresser in our bedroom and a large tv stand not long after. Now in 2023 I needed my love seat protection plan due to some mechanical problems. With Kevin's help he found my paperwork and photo copied it for me and it was ready when I walked in. Now that's great customer service.

The prices looked good, better than Appleton. After agreeing on a price, as the owner was writing up the bill, he questioned whether the tag was correct. Never a hint of what the negative guy says he was seeing. Sometimes you get what you give? I was on a long solo bike trip in 1988, and I pulled a rear spoke somewhere west of Rapids. I limped the bike into Campus Cycle and Karl was on it immediately and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I still ride that bike, and it still has one black wheel and one silver. Whenever I do some maintenance, I am reminded of that day. Good to hear Karl is still in the mix.

We are 6 adults, and four little girls ages 5-7 We range from beginner to experienced with kayaking. Just before we went out, the weather changed so we came back in after half an hour. We ate in the restaurant while it poured, and then went back out for another 90 minutes. We got out on sand bars to visit and play. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
