Interval marks on my paint job after going through their car wash. Manager told me their equipment didn't fail, that the marks were made by a snow brush!!! I washed my car last week by hand. We haven't had any snow since then. Marks were not present then or prior to going through the Hoffman wash. Manager was very rude, told me I could get my car buffed and it should remove the marks. Also, paid $25 for a wash and my car not only had marks on it, it was still dirty! I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your car cleaning service Rating of 1 because 0 isn't an option read more

I visited here today for a free first wash and I honestly wasn't impressed. The free wash was for the Ultimate package which would normally cost $25 and there was no prewash involved. The attendent stood at the entrance with a sign and waved people through but paid no attention to any of the cars coming through, it seemed like regardless of which package they had. I have recently had $10 washes at other car wash locations that they at least spray my car with a pressure washer before I enter the wash. The car was was sufficient but for dirt, salt and sand that is really stuck onto the car in these harsh winter conditions I think that the attendents can be doing more than holding a sign and waving people through. read more

Spent $40 and left with a car that was still dirty. My husband even tipped the guy and asked him to pay attention to the bugs but he did nothing. Will not come back. read more

went to hoffman's on upper front street. noticed a chip on my vehicle after the wash. attendant tried telling me there was nothing i could do about it. had to ask for a manager who filed an incid report with their company. i asked for their insurance information so i can file a claim with the insurance and get my car fixed. he told me he had no idea who that is and called another manager. while he was on the phone w the other manager he kept actung like he didnt know what i wanted so i told him to put the call on speaker. when i spoke to the store manager whose name is sam roman he was incredibly rude. I asked him his name and he said sam i said sam who he said "its on the door" i asked him for their business insurance information and he refused to give that to me and said it was "impossible " that any damage was done in their car wash. I then spoke back with the other guy and told him i wanted to cancel my membership and he told me to do so online or thro customer care. I just went online and canceled. Funny, one of the cancellation reasons is "vehicle damaged" do not go here. You will end up paying more to repair your car than the service you get. Should OPEN BEFORE 8am! Decent car wash, but not great. Honestly sometimes leaves micro scratches on your paint due to high volume of cars. Expensive prices. read more

first time trying car wash. it does not dry car well. I'm used to my Carwash that has towels near vacuum.

I went on their opening day (Oneonta) for a free car wash and came out with damaged hubcaps on my tires. It took the paint off of all four tires in a perfect circle in because I had previous damage that had nothing to do with the situation. They refused to fix it. One of the managers I dealt with was rude, did not introduce himself and try to point out damage that was not relevant to the situation at hand. When I spoke to a reputation member on the phone, he was rude. Don't bring your car here, they are not good business read more

Modern, high tech wash! Many monthly wash plans available or just pay for one wash. Sometimes there can be a line but it usually moves pretty quick. The drying at the end seems to do a super good job. Great place to wash your car! read more

I went to this car wash due to the fact I was given a free pass to try it ~ Well it was good it was free as it doesn't wash your car clean ~ The guy I encountered on my way through was very nice and it is a shame the wash is so bad. This place sucks. During my unlimited plan, I caught this twice where I found scratches on my vehicle. Also trying to cancel my membership it took weeks to get ahold of anyone. My mothers boyfriend had a membership and every time he went the barcode was screwed up and they said numerous times it was fixed. The idiots argued with us every time. I advise, do not come to Hoffmans. Glassy chassy is 99.999999% better and worth it, they even give out dog treats. You will thank me. read more
