There is a very light 4 written over the $3 which I didn't notice until I popped $3.75 in quarters into the machine. I had no other cash on me and there is no way to cancel the transaction. The next lucky guy is going to get a wash for 25 cents. Won't be back.......ever. read more

Two years ago, I went to this car wash regularly. They had the best self service around. But it has been declining. Today, I went to use the wash. I had a dollar bill and some coins on me. So, I put my dollar bill in the machine, and then tried to pay the $2 more with the coins. But the coin machine was broken. My only other option was to use the card reader. It charged me $10!!!! I could have just gone through the full service wash instead and spent that. On top of that, the mechanism that moves the seperate wash and brush cords was broken, so every time I moved to wash the car, the brush cord followed and tangled. The wash had trace amounts of soap, and the spot free rinse was broken as well. I'm so disappointed in this visit, and will not be going again. Hopefully I'll be able to contact someone to get at least the extra $7 back. :( read more

I live in Vestal, and three times over past two years, I went down to CS's laser wash on Old Vestal Road to wash my Car and my Truck. I pulled into Wash in my Blazer which I have washed many times there before, and Wash started to soap the truck, then I was invited to leave the bay, it just stopped. I drove over to other bay and SAME thing happened. NO idea why they charge me money but not wash my truck. last week I went to get Car washed, and SAME thing happened. Take my money, Soap up the car one pass .... then kicked me out of the bay. I tried the phone number too, but disconnected. This is Very poor customer Service. Perhaps a Chargeback on my Credit Card is warranted for Theft of Service. read more

2nd "water wash" I've received in past 6 months. Pull in for an express wash, immediately noted that no car wash soap was coming out of the nozzles. Continue through the wash, basically paid $10 to be hosed off with water (something I could have done at home, for FREE, with a freaking garden hose). Absolutely B.S. I've been to this company's other locations and have noted the same inconsistent service. Basically, whoever the hell runs this place, has no concept of how to run a business. Doesn't ensure the places are stocked with chemicals, doesn't ensure the equipment is functioning (have noted several instances of not being able to get a receipt due to lack of paper, or some other stupid error, so ya know I can't get reimbursed if there's an issue). Go to Enviro in Endwell, or wash it at home. Don't visit any of these CK's owned locations. Hope this guy guy packs up and leaves town. Absolute garbage business. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

i paid for most expensive wash with extra long under wash i pulled in and under wash was broke and just running on floor against the wall...also the wash did not adjust to my small suv in the back so the back of my car did not get washed....i called phone number to let them know and get a refund, and to have them fix it so no one else would be ripped off but the phone number was ...disconnected and no email address.....just poor business ethics read more

My husband and I pay for 3 unlimited car wash plans every month - we've been customers at CK's Laserwash Tunnel Wash for several years. We canceled the one for our daughter's car on 9/1 as she was leaving for college and wouldn't be using it. Later that day, we were charged for all 3 plans. When we went to speak to the "manager" we were treated VERY poorly. He told us they don't issue refunds and we didn't cancel in time. No one mentioned that when my husband spoke to them on 9/1 and they admit they have video of him doing so and they know my daughter's car hasn't used the wash since 8/31. I just went there myself and I canceled all 3 plans. We will take our business elsewhere - other car washes in the area don't require you to tip the guy in order for them to do a good job on your car (these folks barely spray it off if you don't give them extra money). The Johnson City location is frequently closed during prime times, there's always soap left on my car and it's never even close to being dry. Just yesterday I had to back out and leave due to the wash not working - after the guy had sprayed the soap on it. You can imagine how nice that made my black car look, I think this might've been the first time I was ever happy it rained. read more
