I was ANGRY at the change in my home town.....a high school (Seymore Wildcats have my heart), now Oxford has one and 3!! traffic lights! I was 3 years behind the Haynes boys, and who would have believed that they were smart enough to become filthy rich? I guess raping Oxford was okay at the time. In any event, I found something AWESOME about having to return to HAPPY HAYNES HORRIBLE HACK THE HILL ....EVERYWHERE town! Trust me, not a chance in HELL those pretty (stupid) boys pulled it off on their own! OK. Back to the good news, I found a wonderful, up-to-date PCP! Robin Mahabar! He is wonderful. He is not running a DRIVE THROUGH PRACTICE! I was ready to find a reason to be angry with him....just because his building was new. SHAME ON ME! SHAME ON THE HAYNES BOYS, however, shame on the idiots that are on their payroll and let Oxford become a WANNA BE SNOBBY TOWN! I NEED TO GET A GRIP! Dr Mahabar is absolutely wonderful! Make an appointment, he is already scheduled out for 8 weeks or such for a physical however, he will see a new patient, and actually DOSE DOCTOR THINGS. ..HE EVEN TAKES YOUR BP HIMSELF! GO GET A GREAT FAMILY PCP!

Two weeks before the appointment I received a call telling me the provider wouldn't be in the office that day an they needed to reschedule. So the new date of my appointment would be pushed back another month. I show up finally for this appointment just to be told in the office that they reached out to me a week prior to reschedule again but couldn't get a hold of me. So the appointment which was supposed to be 3 months from when my primary said I needed to see the specialist would be pushed back to 5+ months. That is unacceptable, unreasonable, and entirely unprofessional. Save yourself time and stress and avoid this office at all costs!

Here's the full story: I called on December 26th to schedule an appointment, I was told by the lady I spoke to that the soonest available is on January 18th (she didn't care when I told her I already ended up in ER 2 times so this was an emergency). After being told I'm all set for Jan. 18th I called every few days to see if there are any cancellations I can take; when one day I called I was told that they do not have an appointment for me on Jan. 18th and that the next one I can take is February 22nd. After she noticed that I got upset show how (magic?) she was able to fit me to come in on the 18th. The day of my appointment on January 18th I get a call about an hour or so before the appointment telling me that the Dr. is sick so they'll have to reschedule to February 22nd. I told them that's unacceptable at which pint they told me it's my problem and not theirs. I was put on fold for about 10 minutes and then they hang up on me. After I called back they told me that they will try to find something for me earlier and that they will call once they do; they never called back. It looks like somebody dropped the ball and then tried to cover it by telling me to come in while planning on calling me the day off the appointment with some story like they did. The same people do all the appointment scheduling for all the locations so no matter where you want to go you'll have to go through the people I talked to.
