This place is truly amazing. There are sections for each piece of equipment - sticks, gloves, helmets, skate, all of it! There is a digital skate fitting machine, and there are even displays for orthotic skates. There is a floor hockey and hockey rink and the staff was super friendly and helpful, even helping my son try on equipment that he knew we weren't going to buy - he had full upfront disclosure but really made my son's day!!!

I've been using them since the early 90's and I've never actually broken a pair or had to replace a set at all. Anyhow, I was shocked when I bought a pair of gloves from Time and they were defective within two rides. OUCH! The wrist band wasn't well made and the plastic snapped, thus the glove was loose. So I contacted Time... spoke to a guy named Wes. He was uber helpful and replaced my gloves without much ado... and also tossed in a pair of socks! Thanks Wes, for the awesome customer service!

That said, the apparel selection was decent for such a small store and they had a solid sales rack on the floor too. I saw most of the typical tennis brands (K-Swiss and such), plus a few I wasn't familiar with. In addition to tennis clothes, shoes, bags and accessories, they also offer re-stringing and have a whole wall of racquets, including demos that you can borrow to decide which to buy. The shop lady (who I assume was one of the owners) left me to explore after greeting me and asking if I needed anything. I like that---helpful, but not on top of you. While I didn't find a new tennis skirt the other day, I hope to get back there once spring really rolls around and see what the new season drags in. P.S. This might sound biased, but I also really appreciate that this store is owned by two women, since sporting goods are historically a man's game. Just sayin'. :)

He put a set on hold for me so I could come back the next day. When I returned, I started looking at drivers, and Don recognized and greeted me by name right away and helped fit me for a driver as well.
