The Yeti section in particular is very impressive! They've usually got employees by the entrances and exits so greet you and ask if there's anything they can assist with which is a nice touch. If you're not a name brand person their DSG brand has some pretty good options for a low cost as well!

Mostly sports gear and equipment. Upstairs was shoes, clothes and various accessories. We did browse some clothes. For sure on the spendy side but they had some cute stuff. When we got to the shoe dept it was a bit busy but they have a system where you scan the barcode of the display shoe you want to try on and you put what sizes you want to try as well as what color you are wearing so they can find you. It was a decent system, only waited 2-3 minutes after requesting my size. The checkout process was a bit slow as they only had one cashier by the mall entrance door (hopefully they had other checkout areas). The cashier was nice & kept things moving. Overall I felt like the store was organized and I liked colorful displays of each brand. Worth checking out even if you aren't into sports.

They are EXTREMELY patient and will bend over backwards to work with you to get the right equipment and get it to fit. Another huge benefit of going there is that if you buy skates there you get free sharpening for life. At the typical $5 a sharpening that is quite a benefit. And they do a really good job a sharpening skates. Excellent repair work too on equipment.

The store obviously had a ton of hockey stuff, but what got me was how neat and orderly the store was. I was anticipating a total mess. We were able to find some cleats that were probably lightly worn for 1 season that were pretty cheap. And there wasn't just 1 pair, there was a selection of a few different options, so it is good to know for the future. It is mostly help yourself for the non-hockey stuff, but the staff at the front were friendly. Also, there is plenty of parking out front.

He took the skate guards off and when questioned about the pricing he became very upset and also threw the skates across the table with no guards on the metal table. Extremely disappointed because my brother is a youth hockey player and he was just trying to sell his old gear and had some questions about pricing. He also offered $13 for the Scotty Cameron and when asked about that to he also was clearly upset and became very short and rude to us. I'm not even upset about the price, just how we were treated as customers who frequent the store. The old man named Kas treated us pretty badly and it's very disappointing to see an older person thinking it's okay to just treat us however because we are teens. It's crazy because the youth kids who play sports are your customers who you're trying to sell to.

A Holiday Shopping Heaven - This Target Location Stands Head & Shoulders Above the Rest…read more I'm giving this particular Target store a solid 5-star review because frankly, it set the bar that much higher for what I expect from a shopping experience - especially during the most chaotic time of the year, the holidays! Now, I do have my go-to stores, but this one has won me over & become the one I turn to first for a few really good reasons. And the thing that really sets it apart from the other Targets in the area is the inventory - it's simply on a whole different level. Walking through the aisles I was blown away by how well stocked and neatly organized it all was. Unlike other stores that are beginning to look picked over at this time of year, this one feels like it's bursting at the seams with possibilities. What really won me over though was finding items IN STORE that were listed as 'shipping only' at the other locations. We all know that agony of finding the perfect item online, only to find out you cant get it right away - so frustrating. But here, I was amazed to find several of those items just sitting on the shelf waiting for me. That saved me from all the stress and hassle of having to wait for shipping & the anxiety of waiting for my packages to arrive - its that kind of convenience & instant gratification that makes a store truly exceptional. With this Target's unbeatable selection I just had to add new things on my own gift list, But what really impressed me was how easily I was able to find gifts for my friends that had been eluding me elsewhere. Whether its electronics & home goods to clothing & decor the variety was seriously impressive. When shopping can feel like a chore this Target store turned it into a genuinely nice & productive experience. If you're tired of coming to empty shelves and being told 'you can just order that online' I highly recommend making a trip to this place - it's clear that this big-box store is actually getting right what others can't.

Things changed and I found Fan HQ while I was at the mall. I headed into the store. The clearance items greet you immediately. You could get a t-shirt for $5. Not shabby at all. I made a left and there was a table with more clearance items. There was a Minnesota Wild bear plushie that was adorable. Okay, focus. Vikings stuff. I have Wild stuff already. The Vikings apparel was across from the table with the clearance items. I found a Vikings t-shirt that I immediately loved. It had a ringer neck in black. The shirt was in team colour purple, with the logo on the front in yellow, black, and white. More importantly, the t-shirt felt nice. It was made with the softest cotton. I overheard a conversation between a male staff member and a customer as I was finding the t-shirt size that I needed: "Are you Canadian?" asked the male staff member. "Nope. I'm from Iowa," the customer answered. "Close enough," said the male staffer. My first reaction: What?! My late friend was so proud to be an Iowan and definitely did not sound Canadian to me. I thought about it some more. My friend was an honourary Canadian to me. She was kind and thoughtful. The staffer's comment changed my mind when I went beyond the accent and focused on character. I'll take it and put my initial outrage aside. I went to pay for my item at the counter. A young woman helped me out. I didn't get asked whether I was Canadian. Their loss... haha! I paid with a credit card. Tapped. Done! My purchase was placed in a small bag. I thanked the woman and happily left the store, all prepared for the game the following day with my t-shirt. I may need to return and get a Twins t-shirt down the road. I like this store. I'd come back when I'm at this mall again. (421)
