It took a box cutter to cut the tape and a screwdriver to pry up the end of the box, but despite their efforts I got the shirt out of there! I look forward to wearing it, particularly when we go to Ashland in August. With the shirt they included a catalog and they have a plethora of clever designs. In addition to t-shirts they sell bumper stickers and buttons, magnets and posters, many w/ left-leaning liberal slogans and ideas. Those that aren't left-leaning are of more general interest. Still clever. They have categories ranging from the environment to politics to pets and other non-humans to native, aging and miscellaneous to spirituality and religion. Either way, it feels like pure price gouging. There seems to be little to no competition, and teams are required to buy new sets every couple of years. Do not recommend. If you order from China, which you can do, they are priced at 80% or so discounted. But takes some planning and considering the time it takes. Note 90% of the time, the products you get from these guys are not made local or even in the US.

The store is spacious, clean, well organized. The staff was helpful but they all were lacking the warm smiles that I love from great customer service. Maybe it's the brutal cold weather. Or maybe it's the team jersey I'm exchanging it for? (Haha I have a few soccer buds that have a bit of something to say about which team I should be cheering for.) Some very unique clothing with funny sayings on them. All the clothes seem like they are preshrunk or a polyester vs cotton and love that as sometime shirts can be hard to buy for that reason. I purchased a few shirts and stickers from here a month ago for St Patrick's Day and was able to exchange and return the shirts that didn't fit. No questions asked and made it super easy. *Make sure you check their website as the hours vary by week and they kind of follow seasonal hours that Lake Monster uses.* You will have to walk a little ways from the private parking lot and during the winter it may be hard to find a spot right away.

They have no respect for MSRP (how much the retailer says its cost is). They will GOUGE you. They don't respect regular players. Playing weekly will not save you from the potential 4 times as much upcharge for product. When they receive *free* promos to give out for weekly TCGs- they won't make you go another round to have an ultimate winner- you can go undefeated and they still will not give you the "winners" pack. All other game stores in MN wouldn't keep their free promos like that. Again, staff is great- be kind. But DONT make this your new card shop.
