Went in on Saturday, April 1st at around 3:30pm in hopes of getting some expertise on which shoes would best help me for boot camp class since my made-for-running shoes were falling short. There were three visible employees standing around, none of whom greeted me or even really seemed to notice me. They weren't busy with other people, they were all just standing around, periodically talking to each other and leaning on things. I paced back in forth in front of the athletic shoes for 10 minutes, occasionally picking one up, but since shoes are displayed without boxes or titles (running, cross-training, walking etc.), it's impossible to know which ones might suit your purpose. I kept waiting for someone to ask if I needed help, but the employees continued to stand around looking bored, not helping anyone. My sister then met me at the store and I expressed my frustration at the lack of help or even acknowledgement from anyone who worked there and she made eye-contact with one of the employees and kinda shrugged at him like "is anyone going to help us??" and even then, he just looked away and continued to do nothing. We left the store after about 15 minutes with no one ever talking to us and not seeing the employees talk to anyone else that was browsing either. Customer service is non-existent. Young, useless employees seem to want to just stand there until their shift is over. read more
