Very nice staff and way better than the ones in Houston so this place is a must if you just want to look around and see what they have

One of the staff was very nice, however, the staff member that gave me my offer was incredibly rude, and gave me an insulting offer ($50) for tons of retired LEGO sets (most are Friends, but I called prior and asked if they aren't buying any specific sets and they said "no.") He also made another rude comment that our Minifigs were "scratched up," but they aren't. I walked out and will take our business elsewhere.

Then when I got three lego minifigures and of course two capes. I was expecting to at least pay 19 or 20 bucks but it went from that to $25 in which I was really surprised. And to think it was our first time going to this Lego store we usually go on the Alamo Ranch one but we wanted to try out a new one but yeah, I recommend just going to the Alamo Ranch. They're way nicer.

I opted for a class to help me jump back in to my long lost hobby. Suzy teaches 12pm-2pm and invites us to bring any questions or projects we need help with. She was a delight to meet and helped me remember things I had forgotten from projects I had left unfinished as well as start a new HAT with a new wool yarn that I bought at the store. Cathy helped me at the counter and was so very welcoming and kind. She invited me to wait in their sitting area which is super cozy. I was surrounded by example projects and even a knitting "bowl-stand-table" that was hand made wood from a local wood crafter. I included it in my photo of the sofa area. It is so pretty. I'm satisfied with my class today and have knowledge to finish what I had started and a new project on my circular needles Thanks Suzy and Cathy for your help today. I look forward to visiting again. ~LindaD

Plenty of room, a separate snack bar/eating area, air conditioning (we definitely weren't sweltering here), and just an overall beautiful building. Five dollars got you a ticket for prize giveaways and a blue band to get in and out as frequently as you would like throughout the day. Of course the time you spent at the show depended on if you were really looking for that CGC 9.9 Walking Dead #1 that sold for $10,000 on eBay recently or basically going through and seeing what was randomly available. The sellers were nice even when you weren't interested in anything or just browsing. I never felt pressured. But I did buy three ***STUNNING*** drawings by artist Tracy Watkins (I haven't had time to add the pics but I will as soon as I'm able to.). He even signed them for us too. :D Parking was not much of a challenge since attendees were in almost constant turnover. This was an afternoon well spent!
