Lines are crazy long with other two registers open. I was excited to see fall has arrived however.

I'm sorry, but it's always having long lines for me ! Yes the sales are great but only have 2 registers open. Is it only this location or all the hobby lobby stores

I was nervous to go to Ashley's because of the reviews but it was Labor Day weekend so I knew there…read morewould be some decent sales. we are new to the area, and needed to get something quick until the rest of our furniture comes. Rachel was fantastic!! She listened to what we were looking for and stayed within our price range. Overall it was pleasant. We found something we liked. She went to talk to the manager to get everything squared away for us which I appreciated, but the two ladies sitting at the computers (I wish I would have gotten their names) were super nasty. They were rudely asking why we needed the couch right away and why we wanted to pick it up today instead of getting it delivered. They were unprofessional and miserable people. When hearing this I didn't want it anymore but we had already been to 5 different stores looking for a small couch. If you see Rachel definitely stick with her. The other two ladies at the computers were not kind or compassionate.

Do not shop here! I pre-shopped for couches yesterday, 30 July, and my sales people were Rachel…read moreand Dan. Both were very pleasant, allowed me to look and answered all my questions. Today that all changed. I returned with my wife and found today's sales people were off the charts. We are a professional couple who own multiple homes and in our 50's. If we find something we like we buy it, we pay cash, we don't finance anything. We came here just to look at sectionals and felt like we were at a used car lot. We were swarmed as soon as we walked in the door and even though we told the individual that we didn't need any help, and that we would come find him if we needed anything, he proceeded to try to talk to us and follow us all around the store. My wife finally got agitated and said we just wanna look at furniture can you please just leave us alone. Not 30 seconds after that the manager comes up to us and introduces himself and says he wants to know if his staff is giving us everything we need. He asked if we had ever been in before, and I told him I was in there yesterday by myself just looking before I brought my wife. He actually told me "oh yeah, I don't remember you". What a jerk! We politely told him we just wanted to be left alone so we can look at furniture and he also proceeded to follow us around the store and try to talk to us. This was the worst furniture shopping experience we have ever had. We even told the initial sales person that we can get everything they have in the store discounted through AAFES (armed forces exchange service) without tax so we weren't planning on buying anything there. We just wanted to sit on a couple of sectionals to see if there were any that we liked. Despite saying that, he still came back and kept hounding us and every time we were around the corner, there was again. He seemed very desperate to sell something and offered a steep discounts off the price shown. I felt like I was bartering at a border town. We finally found a side door and just walked out. Not sure who would buy anything from this store. If you want to be bothered, not actually be able to look at the furniture, but constantly be surrounded and hounded by sales people, then this may be the place for you. If you just want to look at furniture, take your time, talk to your spouse, and just make a good decision, this is not the place. Avoid at all cost! PS this visit was Friday, 31 July at 5 PM.
