I never really shop here, but a couple items caught my attention and I decided to purchase. There were only 2 check out attendants. The line was long. The gentleman attendant was taking a fairly long time with the person in his line. He told the only other attendant to go take a break. Why would you tell her that when the line was long and he was busy with a credit application or so it sounded like taking longer than a regular transaction. While the 2nd cashier asked if I minded waiting or she could ring me up. I thought the gesture was nice but when I said I've been waiting a while and would like to check out, she had a noticeable attitude change and told the other attendant, I'm going after this one. If she didn't want to ring me up she should have just went to break like he told her. Why project your negative energy on someone else when you're the one who asked to , "or ring me up" This was so ghetto and unprofessional. I'll continue to bring my returns. As far as shopping, the store is in disarray, clothing everywhere except where it should be. 500 items on 1 rack. Clothes thrown everywere and in the isles on racks. The store is located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Salisbury. The store is somewhat small but has a lot of different cooking related items to choose from. I wound up finding the torch that I was looking for along with two of the fuel refills. They also had some neat knife sets that I may return for. The store is clean and neatly organized. The store owner assisted us and was very friendly and helpful.

There were so many options and great selection to choose from. The only thing that I wish they would have improved for a Saturday afternoon is the checkout process with this service they only had one out of the six registers open and it was extremely busy during my shopping visit. I think the checkout process could've been easier if they had all of the registers open at this Large location. But other than that, we had a great time shopping at five below. Check them out. The ladies at the store have been working here for as long as I can remember, and they run a nice store. The prices are great and they have all the appliances you'd find at places like Walmart/Target, as well as a lot more (like sous vide vacuum sealers, mixer attachments, and even Vitamix blenders). I remember a long time ago I bought my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer here and it's been a trusty culinary sidekick for nearly a decade. All the accessories have come from here as well. I found a couple of places online that were marginally cheaper, but I like the fact that I can pick it up same-day and I like the people here so it's a win-win to support the business. They always have deals and specials going on. It may look unassuming from the concourse of the mall, but make sure to give them a look. While I don't do all of my kitchen shopping here, I know I'll always find a bunch of things I could use at a great price!

Now, they said I could not return the bodysuit/cami but accepted the skirt for return. They said it was against store policy to return bodysuits.
