I am all for squishy hunting with my son but I draw the line at driving over 30 minutes anywhere for them so this was our compromise hoping they got at least a few in as well. Unfortunately they are a franchise, and the only squishes they had were overpriced knockoffs of what my son was looking for but it is still a cool store depending on what you are looking for. There are tons of sets to put together from mini houses to airplanes. The staff working were really friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this store if you are someone interested in crafting miniature models. My son is too young for this right now, but we definitely enjoyed looking at them all!

If you need to return an item, the exchange is not very good. Then they lie about the condition saying it was used when it wasn't. They even posted a false photo at me claiming the item was used - but it was a different photo other than what I returned. I see comments from people commending their customer service, yet why was I double-crossed ? Overall, Google-AI says there are mixed reviews about this company, some persons are exuberant - and some had problems such as mine. They are not consistent. Buyer beware.

They've expanded into just about everything which means that there's a bunch of small sections of just random junk in among the RC cars and "collectibles". The smoke alone should be enough to tell any collector that these guys aren't serious and will sell you depreciated junk and call it a collectible. First time I couldn't get anyone's attention to purchase a hobby knife. After about 10 minutes of flatout being ignored while they stocked or talked or whatever they were doing. Second time, they didn't have what I needed, third time I went in saw they wanted $10 for a bottle of paint that was so old it couldn't be mixed back together and walked back out. This place is a train wreck and is less a business than it is "The owner couldn't afford his hobby and thought he could turn it into a business." Which he is utterly failing at.

For the past two years, customers who preordered these releases received the store's loyalty discount, so naturally many of us expected the same treatment for the newest set. This time, however, the store suddenly decided not to honor the loyalty discount on preorders. While that was disappointing, what made the situation worse was the inconsistent way it was handled afterward. It came to light that at least one customer was given the loyalty discount anyway. Once other customers found out, the store began issuing refunds to some people who had preordered. My brother and I went into the store together to ask about receiving the same refund. We purchased our products the same way, were in the same situation, and were making the request at the same time. The manager told me I would not receive a refund because my name was not part of a previous conversation regarding the issue. Moments later, he approved the refund for my brother. I was left wondering how two customers in the exact same situation could receive completely different treatment. The issue is no longer about the discount itself. It's about fairness and consistency. Policies can change, but they should be applied equally to everyone. Selectively honoring discounts and refunds creates the impression that some customers matter more than others, and that's a disappointing way to treat loyal patrons who have supported the store for years. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the business, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.

A second, larger train layout is located around the corner, where the Hocking Valley Model Railroad Club has a very nice set up. They have some good step stools available too, so those who need it can get a better look at all of the neat details and the trains. The store offers a wide variety of hobby models, including not only a good selection of train items, of course, but also planes, monster trucks, and even some neat animals and dinos. In the back are some glass display cases where they show off some completed models, which were neat to see too. There's a small parking lot to the side of the building.
