Hoagitos is the truth! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this find on Tiktok and it definitely didn't disappoint with variety of sandwiches and courteous staff. Upon entry, I was pleasantly greeted and informed of all of the best sellers and recommendations. Although I was there during lunchtime, although it was very busy there was ample seating since most of the orders were carryout. However, I can see the restaurant being very busy on the weekends. Although impressed with the many choices available, I went for the spicy vodka chicken parm sandwich on semolina bread. The bread was soft and did an excellent job of holding the generous chicken portion, basil, melted mozzarella and vodka sauce together. The sandwich was made to order and served piping hot. Although I loved the sandwich, I was unable to finish it since it was so filling. I look forward to returning and trying another one of their chicken sandwiches (I have my eye on the forbidden chicken). In the area for a club soccer game.. used chatgpt to find a viral sandwich spot in the area and was directed to Hoagitos. They close at 7:30 so we made it in just under the gun and because of that we missed out on the fries (sold out for the day). I had the FRIED CHICKEN CAESAR sandwich with a side of the risotto balls. The chicken sandwiches were good per usual when we've gotten this place in the past. However, this time I got the beef sliders as well to try and that's where it all went wrong. The ground beef they used must've been extremely expired or rotten because the first bite tasted extremely off, like a sour, "old" taste. I figured maybe it was a sour pickle so I made sure the next bite had no pickle in it and it was even more sour, I swallowed both bites like the nutjob I am. I then took a small nibble of the 2nd slider to hopefully not waste food and money and it was just as bad. Threw both sliders out and chalked it up to a loss. Then about 2-3 hours later I felt disgusting and ended up puking and squirting poop out my a$$, unfortunately I threw up the chicken sandwich I'd also eaten which was a shame cause that was actually good. Like every good business that goes downhill in a month this is what happened here to the point pleasant location . Why are the leaving young kids to run the place including cooking the chicken and making the sandwiches. These young kids are not adding any kind of dressing toppings.
