The first drive-thru window has not been used for a long time. As a result, the person taking your order must also process your payment, pour the drinks, and assemble the order. Open the other window and speed things up! Food quality is inconsistent; fries and chicken nuggets/tenders are often cold. Also, menu items, straws, spoons, napkins and condiments are left out of the bag far too often. New leadership is needed, so employees can be more customer-focused and consistent.
