They said to go ahead and bring it on by and they would get it changed out, as all of us thought it would be a quick and easy job. Well, they had to pull out all the tricks in the book minus cutting off the bolt to get the old blade off and new blade on. They finally did it and then cleaned it up and put it back in my vehicle. Top notch guys and if I had any other small engine works that needs to be done, I will be going back to them. Thanks for squeezing me in for what should have been an easy job during the snowblower maintenance season!

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

Matt being the guy he is went above and beyond to tape and protect the roll bar paint in my chevelle. But due to the cage not being prepped correctly the paint came off while I removed the tape. Matt could have told me to pound sand but instead told me to bring it to him and he would repaint the cage. It's really nice to work with people who care about your projects. This has been a dream of me and my dads for years and just as I thought things couldn't get any worse matt swooped in and saved the project. The windshield had to be removed and replaced after the installation of the liner. Lindsey coordinated with the glass company (Roy's) and they got the whole job done in less than 32 hours. They did an outstanding job on the headliner and thoroughly cleaned the interior. They were highly recommended to me by a local Body Shop. AND, I would highly recommend these people to anyone! The only downsides were waiting for an appointment (because they're in big demand), and my wife didn't like the smell of the adhesive after we picked it up. I should have waited a few days before taking her for a ride... All thumbs up!!!

I have purchased two brand new bikes in under a year from Cycles 128. The dealer was in my new…read morehometown, so I wanted to support them as well as capitalize on the convenience of their proximity to where I live. The first bike was a brand new 2017 Kawasaki Versys X, but it was at their sister dealership in Arlington (Cycles128 doesn't sell Kawasaki). My salesman at the time was Billy, and he was able to have the bike transferred from Arlington to Beverly for me, and I hadn't even put a deposit down on it. yet. This was based on a phone call I had made while on vacation in Costa Rica. Convenient! The whole process was easy, painless, and very relaxed. There was never any pressure or upselling, and it never felt predatory as vehicle sales so often are. Fast forward to just under a year later, and I decided to upgrade to a Suzuki VStrom 650. This time I had the great pleasure of dealing with Ellen Petrilli and Rick Brandano. Yet another chill, great experience. I told them right up front what I was looking for, and with that knowledge, they showed me other alternatives to consider but never discouraging me from my original goal. Their inventory is incredibly vast and a virtual candy store, and I was glad for the other options that were shown to me. I had my heart set on the VStrom, so we got down to business. Worth noting was a little hiccup on Suzuki's part, as their manufacturer website claimed that there were certain accessories included with the bike that tuned out not to be. Not a concern because Rick and C128 were on the case and miraculously got Suzuki to make good on their claim. They didn't have to do that, because most dealerships would predictably claim their hands were tied and just shrug it off. But not these guys. They totally prevailed and saved the day. That I will never forget. The numbers part of the operation was handled by Brad, with whom I had worked with on my prior purchase as well. Another great asset to the company. I now half-expect people to yell "Norm!" when I walk into the place now because I dealt with a lot of people and they're just a warm bunch. Just awesome.
