They scheduled same day service and charged exactly what was quoted. I watched the technician (Jorge) clean a very heavy lint build up inside to make it look new and clean. He replaced the heater coil and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I so rarely see good customer service these days, but this company has very qualified techs (mine had over 20+ years of experience). He was friendly and very clean with the way he left the area around the dryer. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
