Told us he couldn't find any problems and said next time there is a leak try to see what is happening. He said this happens a lot- if he can't see an active issue he doesn't know enough to diagnose. I would not recommend this business. They came quickly but couldn't help at all and still charge.

Before he even assessed my washer he began to tell me how terrible a brand it was. When he confirmed the issue, rather than giving me my options, it felt as though he was trying to sway me to buy one of the machines he sells independently. When I asked for all of my options, he made it seem as though repair was just not worth it, giving me about a $650 estimate with parts and labor. Little did I know that my machine actually has a 10 year parts warranty. He made no mention of this. Surely, it is my duty to know warranties for my machine, but the general sense of the entire experience was "buy my machine, it's not worth my time to fix this for you (let alone help you by notifying you of this warranty you qualify for". The warranty information is stamped right on the top of my machine. Maybe he didn't know, maybe he WAS just in a hurry that day. Regardless, I will not be utilizing this company in the future.
