I love a thin patty on my burger - provided that the bun and veggie ratios are balanced and Darwin's is perfect. The patty is well-seasoned, the veggies add a nice crunch and the buns are lovingly toasted on the grill. The burger fits nicely in my mouth and doesn't fall apart. And unlike In-N-Out, where the fries are a sad and limp afterthought, Darwin's are crunchy and have a delicious seasoning on it. Service is quick and staff are super friendly. PURCHASE 6pc Mango Habanero Wings & Fries ($20.00): Slathered in a milder sauce than I'd hoped, only the meatier drumlets were present which I appreciated.
