Third time here, this time for a drop in with friends and this place has been around for years now…read more We came at 10:30am on a Saturday and it had some kids but not crowded. By noon and onwards it gets very busy and crowded at the play junctions due to birthday parties starting up. It'll ebb and flow but it can be too chaotic for some people so I'd recommend come once it's opened(and watch your kid) From the front entrance to thoughtful touches throughout, this place is well run. I'm actually surprised and not grossed out so far, cuz anything to do with kids does not stay clean. Once you enter and pay, you head to the right hallway to remove shoes then around the bend to hang up jackets afterwards. This keeps the front tidy and dry, as it being a socks only environment, it's especially needed in the winter from the salt rocks getting tracked in. There are half doors for in and out traffic and lots posted signs for rules and directions. The washrooms offer flip flops and some carpeted areas to keep feet comfy, change tables and wipes and looks clean for the few hours I've been here today. The snack bar offers coffee and drinks, snack sized chips and on weekends pizza by the slice or full party (20 slices) can be freshly ordered in (25-40 mins for delivery). This is a nice option so you can play a little longer here and not be hangry. Lots of tables and chairs to eat at and to watch the action. Tip: I asked staffed so it's confirmed. You are allowed to go back out and bring back in food! WHAT?!? YASS you can! three of us parents left and went to McD's(down the street) and brought back a whack of takeout, sat here on the tables to enjoy it without the guilt and enjoyed are mc Cafes and kids meals no problem. We cleaned up after ourselves and everyone else followed suit with their Starbucks, packed lunches and take out. The staff do their best to keep up with tidying up the front, sweeping salt rocks, running the cafe and keeping an eye out for kids climbing unsafe structures. I saw a staff kindly remove a boy climbing on the princess castle and another off the toddler netting and no parents around to claim these kids. This is the only part I'm concerned about but it's really the parents to keep watch on their kids playing safely. Staff don't patrol for safety and waiver states this (as I see a kid crying in a corner and more than one on the trampoline) Toys, there's lots and they are well maintained and newish looking. I've been to other places where the sticker of the cars are scrubbed off or looks worse than second hand, the ones here all look clean or new. With lots of roaming room to play, they even have 2 Thomas train roller coaster(step2) that gives little ones quite a thrill, and made the day for one parent hogging it! Parents are allowed up in the play structures and down the slides, max 250lbs. There's a fenced and netted area for kids under 3, couches, benches all around and even 2 coin operated massage chairs! We were here from 10:30am-4pm! I noticed a staff with a handheld dyson, vacuuming the floors and up into the play structures, and another sweeping the front foyer, so it shows they do clean but these places are very hard to stay clean. Conclusion: play places are a lawless chaotic jungle of excitement, know your kids ability to play and please watch them closely or they can get hurt.

What a gem this place is! It sucks that this place was super hidden and their parking was a bit…read moreweird but they also had more parking available beside the plaza. They had a decent size playground and a bouncy castle, separate section for food and lounge which was super nice. Every guest was able to spread out. When you first walk into the place, you were greeted by a sign to take off all your shoes. On your right, there was the splatter room - more for big kids to express themselves if they didn't want to paint. In the left part of the shop was the pottery area. There were many different selections to choose from. The kids loved this but were discourage about their selections since they were only able to choose from the 1st shelf to the third. However, they still enjoyed it very much when they started painting. In the back of the place, they also sell espresso and coffee. Some of us were waiting for a bit and then gave up. There was only two people attending to everyone so it was okay. Do come here, you will definitely enjoy yourself! TIP: do not wear white anything. Don't even wear white socks! Pieces to choose from ranged depending on the size of the figurine. There were different animals including figurines, cups, plates, piggy banks and something similar to a jewelry/keepsake box to choose from. - Cow figurine: 15.00$ - Pig figurine: 15.00$ - Mermaid figurine: 26.00$ These prices included the use of their space, brushes and allowed us to choose what colours to use to paint our figurines. There was no time limit either, I think we stayed for about two hours. The girl working there let my niece play in the play area as a party had just left, which was really nice of her. Anyway, we paid and she informed us they would call to let us know when to pick up our pieces. Approximately one week. She called exactly a week later and we picked up our items. We felt the paint was a bit thin so I guess next time we have to do multiple layers to have a better end result. The only con is the parking is limited and cramped. There's more in the back of the building though. Besides that, I would recommend this place, it's great for parents to bring their kids. It's such a fun and relaxing environment, worth giving it a try.

So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!
