Birthday party review…read more Another classmate held their party here so it's definitely a winner for the kids. The private party rooms have one dedicated attentive staff to serve pizzas, drinks, help with cake and clean up. They are efficient at the pace and plan to make the time work. They may not have the cheery, upbeat energy but that's ok, they do their job well. Tip: I find the floors are always sticky here despite seeing a mop, it's just better to keep your shoes on! It's loud here, like sensory overload. For those sensitive to that he warned or have a nap after. The layout is very linear unlike flying squirrel down the street. There isn't good seating and viewing for parents as we have to follow them from stations. There's some benches but mostly standing. There are paid massage chairs in front of the party rooms and surprisingly always being used. The socks must be exclusive theirs, probably liability issues. This fall it changed from neon yellow to one foot green and the other orange. Very cute and have good grips. There are rotating staff watching the jump areas but it's tough for them to keep kids minding rules. Always a collision waiting to happen. Rules are not always enforced or consistent so remind your kids of the safety rules before discharging them free. There's a good snack bar at front, hot eats and mixed snacks. The pizza at the parties were fresh, hot and tasty. Chicken fingers seem typical. They have small clocks around the areas to watch time and no announcements for when your party room is ready or birthday shout outs. Newly updated and rotated areas. Running wall, two virtual games, small cushion building area, obstacle course, large jump areas. Kids like this place a lot, I personally prefer flying squirrel from a parent's standpoint.

Lots of things to do like basic jumping, basketball and jumping into a pit of foam blocks. Also there are random trampoline dodgeball games thAt are fun. A tip would be to come during a week night or weekday when presumably they are empty.

The staff were friendly, and the facility was definitely older and in need of some revamp. That said, we've had better experiences at other indoor activity places that offer a wider variety of attractions and things to do. While the kids still enjoyed themselves, I felt there weren't as many activities to keep everyone entertained for a longer visit. Overall, it was a decent experience and a fun outing for the kids, but not my top choice compared to some other options in the area.

Not the cleanest trampoline park I've visited. Facility looks older than most. There is a mesh that…read moresurrounds some parts of the structure making it difficult to supervise your kids from a far but at the same time limited "seating" available around the perimeter (you sit on the floor around the edge of the trampoline if. you want to keep an eye on your kids). Place got crowded quickly. Staff not the most enthusiastic. But they do have functional trampolines! Kids probably wouldn't notice the difference as they had a blast and already asked to come back. They loved the basket ball area. There is also an interactive play area (similar to a Wii) where you are to take turns (only 2 people can play at once)...good luck getting a turn. Pizza, popcorn and snacks and jump socks available for purchase onsite. Lots of parking as it is in an industrial area.
