They also take walk-in's. You don't have much time, 1hr 45mins to be exact. Especially when it's busy, they really give you your 5-10 minute countdown for the next reservations that come after you. There are a lot of pottery pieces to choose from, and all the prices are written at the bottom of the piece. You can also check their website to see what they have. There are lots of paints and colours to choose from. The paintbrushes are very clean and in good condition. Our pieces were ready for pick up the next day, very fast. It was wrapped in paper and very secure during pick up. The only downside I found was sharing a table with other guests. It's a long table with plastic unsteady stools, and if another guest shakes the table, it moves the entire table. Our pieces were $30 and $33. Very good pricing. Staff were nice and informative.

There were many different selections to choose from. The kids loved this but were discourage about their selections since they were only able to choose from the 1st shelf to the third. However, they still enjoyed it very much when they started painting. In the back of the place, they also sell espresso and coffee. Some of us were waiting for a bit and then gave up. There was only two people attending to everyone so it was okay. Do come here, you will definitely enjoy yourself! TIP: do not wear white anything. Don't even wear white socks! There were different animals including figurines, cups, plates, piggy banks and something similar to a jewelry/keepsake box to choose from. - Cow figurine: 15.00$ - Pig figurine: 15.00$ - Mermaid figurine: 26.00$ These prices included the use of their space, brushes and allowed us to choose what colours to use to paint our figurines. There was no time limit either, I think we stayed for about two hours. The girl working there let my niece play in the play area as a party had just left, which was really nice of her. Anyway, we paid and she informed us they would call to let us know when to pick up our pieces. Approximately one week. She called exactly a week later and we picked up our items. We felt the paint was a bit thin so I guess next time we have to do multiple layers to have a better end result. The only con is the parking is limited and cramped. There's more in the back of the building though. Besides that, I would recommend this place, it's great for parents to bring their kids. The class environment is great and the instructors are amazing! Thomas who taught my first course is so much fun and he clearly loves what he does. It's a bright and open space with lots of light, they provide everything required during the course and can help you create something specific if you had that in mind while taking the class. They also run many classes for children and the place is usually brimming with kids and laughter. It truly has a very positive vibe. They have new instructors who have recently joined for pottery and they too are equally supportive and great to learn from.

I loved that Kent walked us through each step while demonstrating and doing the pottery with us. It really helped with this step by step instructions to understand and to make our own pieces. The pottery spinning was a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again. We made 2 pieces each and were able to pick which pieces we wanted fired (could have both or just one). The great thing about this was that you can come back at another date to paint your pottery piece at an additional cost. The only odd experience throughout this entire activity was when we called in trying to see if we needed a reservation to come in the day before Valentine's day (Feb 13) to paint our pottery, and was asked to pay a fee to secure our spot. But then told us it's a walk in basis to paint any pottery (which is free without a fee). So of course we did not pay to secure a spot, since it seemed unnecessary. We just walked in and there were plenty of spots available for our painting. Overall, it was a great experience with the pottery spinning - lots of fun and a great activity to do with a partner.

When we went to pick up our pieces, we found out they had messed them up during the firing process. Disappointing, but mistakes can happen. What really bothered us was the way they handled it. The night before, I received a call saying we could come in for a refund. There was no mention of any conditions or exceptions. But when we got there, we were told they only give refunds for payments made by card--since we paid cash, we could only get store credit. That kind of last-minute surprise feels unfair and unprofessional. If we had been told that detail over the phone, we wouldn't have wasted our time going in expecting a refund. Instead, we were basically forced to accept store credit and now have to go back and spend more money just to make up for their mistake. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and accountability.

We had enough time and clay to make up to 3 pieces if we wished, and the small class size (~9 students) allowed us to have 1:1 feedback. The studio runs several sessions at the same time, including hand-building in the front room and glazing in the basement. The wheel workshop is decently affordable, but does not include glazing (an extra $12/hr). Will be back for this in the next couple weeks!
