Scheduled a 10' truck rental from this Uhaul location as well as a dolly and the insurance online…read moreprior to coming to the location to pick up. On the online order I mentioned / put into the request it was to be returned to another location, 30 miles away. I also mentioned this multiple times when I went to pick up the truck and they confirmed as they were looking over the order. They also overcharged me for a different dolly as they did not have the dolly I reserved online so they gave me a more expensive option. When I tried to return to the other location, they said I could not and had to return it to the original location. When I mentioned I stated this at least three times, the response was "you can call Uhaul customer service at Corporate if you want lady, but they or we can't and won't do anything". So then having to go back to the original location, there was a major accident on the highway next to the exit to the North Royalton U-Haul that delayed the drop off over an hour and a half. I called in advance to say I was coming 10 minutes after they closed- however no one would wait, and they said return it to the after hours drop off, which again was yet another additional charge. Not sure how anyone moves across the country with Uhaul if they are this messy between locations under 50 miles - such a terrible experience - avoid if you can!

Very disappointed with the service...I booked a van 3 days ahead of Saturday for 12:30…read morepickup...while driving to pick up the van, got a call that it was no longer available and the woman re-routed me clear across town to north Royalton which was the opposite direction I needed to go. This increased my mileage and bill. It's a shame uhaul has no competition.
