Scheduled a 10' truck rental from this Uhaul location as well as a dolly and the insurance online…read moreprior to coming to the location to pick up. On the online order I mentioned / put into the request it was to be returned to another location, 30 miles away. I also mentioned this multiple times when I went to pick up the truck and they confirmed as they were looking over the order. They also overcharged me for a different dolly as they did not have the dolly I reserved online so they gave me a more expensive option. When I tried to return to the other location, they said I could not and had to return it to the original location. When I mentioned I stated this at least three times, the response was "you can call Uhaul customer service at Corporate if you want lady, but they or we can't and won't do anything". So then having to go back to the original location, there was a major accident on the highway next to the exit to the North Royalton U-Haul that delayed the drop off over an hour and a half. I called in advance to say I was coming 10 minutes after they closed- however no one would wait, and they said return it to the after hours drop off, which again was yet another additional charge. Not sure how anyone moves across the country with Uhaul if they are this messy between locations under 50 miles - such a terrible experience - avoid if you can!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to cancel a porter-pot delivery over 48…read morehours from the event & they would not give me my money back when I had to cancel due to plans changing due to weather. was told cancellation policy is 24 hours before delivery and I was under the impression it would be delivered a day before the event because that is what they said but when I tried to cancel on Friday (2 days before event on Sunday) they said i would have had to cancel Thursday because they don't deliver weekends. Well when I told them event was Sunday when I booked. you would think the lady would have clarified things and not still said it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on their end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event. They do not care about their customers only money.
