The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to cancel a porter-pot delivery over 48 hours from the event & they would not give me my money back when I had to cancel due to plans changing due to weather. was told cancellation policy is 24 hours before delivery and I was under the impression it would be delivered a day before the event because that is what they said but when I tried to cancel on Friday (2 days before event on Sunday) they said i would have had to cancel Thursday because they don't deliver weekends. Well when I told them event was Sunday when I booked. you would think the lady would have clarified things and not still said it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on their end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event. They do not care about their customers only money. read more

CLP Services began as a small portable toilet company but has now grown to cover nearly all of Eastern Ohio. Each of our locations is fully stocked and ready to service your area. The company has grown from standard construction portable toilets to include premium portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers.

Xavier has been involved in nearly every position in the company, as well as spending years in the event planning industry, and nearly a decade in education. CLP Services saved the day! We had a last-minute need for some potties at the kids' cross-country meet. We originally requested cheap and easy. Just basic porta john rentals, but we talked to the owner, and he upgraded us to this beautiful restroom trailer! We didn't even ask, he just did it. If you're anywhere near the Canton, Ohio area and need portable restrooms, these are your guys. They literally delivered within hours of the call. A LIFESAVER. read more

restrooms were super clean and I have used both the porta Potties and the trailers. trailers felt fancy and well taken care of. the trailers also have AC which is great for a hot weekend outdoor event. everyone I have talked to on the staff is really nice. read more

We had an event in northeastern Ohio and needed last minute restrooms. They delivered their trailer within a couple hours of us calling. It was fancier than my restroom at home, definitely worth the cost. I'd use them again, but I hope I don't have to. read more
