We had this company come out in June. I meant to call them sooner, so that's on me. But when I told…read morethem they missed the garage, they said too bad. I would have to pay again. This was not a situation of needing to respray an area that was still "infected". This was a situation of "your guy didn't do the job right the first time". Very disappointed that they didn't stand behind their work. I won't be using this company again. We have cameras around the house, so we knew exactly where he sprayed outside, this was not just an opinion.

Many of them were closed on weekends, and this happened to be Labor Day weekend so I'd have to live with that nest for 3 whole days. With a curious dog, that wasn't going to work. I gave these folks a call and Tim said he'd be here in an hour. I texted him the address and in 50 minutes he arrived. He suited up, treated the hive, and we stood at a distance watching those angry wasps coming and going as I paid him and we just chatted some, asking questions. Tim was knowledgable, extremely professional, and overall just a really good guy. He gave me some literature about a flat fee treatment they do in spring, and I will likely do that next year, as this is an annual thing for me. Most years I have 2 rounds of this, one hive in front and at least one more in the back. Last year I had 3 rounds of treatment as the wasps apparently liked it here so much that when they were evicted from the front yard they called some friends and they squatted in two places in my backyard. I can't have that with a dog that loves being out there. I will use this company for my extermination from this point forward.
