The guy who mows my lawn discovered a wasp nest in the ground in my back yard. That was on a Friday…read moreevening. Saturday I set out to find someone to come and handle it. Many of them were closed on weekends, and this happened to be Labor Day weekend so I'd have to live with that nest for 3 whole days. With a curious dog, that wasn't going to work. I gave these folks a call and Tim said he'd be here in an hour. I texted him the address and in 50 minutes he arrived. He suited up, treated the hive, and we stood at a distance watching those angry wasps coming and going as I paid him and we just chatted some, asking questions. Tim was knowledgable, extremely professional, and overall just a really good guy. He gave me some literature about a flat fee treatment they do in spring, and I will likely do that next year, as this is an annual thing for me. Most years I have 2 rounds of this, one hive in front and at least one more in the back. Last year I had 3 rounds of treatment as the wasps apparently liked it here so much that when they were evicted from the front yard they called some friends and they squatted in two places in my backyard. I can't have that with a dog that loves being out there. I will use this company for my extermination from this point forward.

He was incredibly thorough (he sprayed several spots that also had yellow jackets hanging around, even if there was no nest there), professional and just a really nice guy. I did not want to kill the animal that was merely trying to live, but on the other hand my tenant felt unsafe and felt they racoon would fall through the ceiling into his apartment. I called city & county animal control and some other wild life removal services. One quoted me over $1000, another place said they would come by the same week. After numerous calls, messages, emails that vendor never responded. I am so glad to have found Nathan who was prompt, responsive and very understanding. From his pictures alone you can tell he is an animal lover and if he had to remove the animals, he would do it very humanely. If this ever happens again, Nathan is my go to guy. 5 stars recommend 100%.

I live on 2 acres in the woods and accepted the fact that there would always be a lot of spiders and ants in my home. I was amazed and my wife and kids were very happy to no longer encounter spiders somewhere almost everyday. Bill treats the home in Spring and Fall and it is well worth it not only for the spider issues but to also no longer worry about carpenter ants and termites. After seeing what a good job he does with the house spraying, I decided to have him spray my yard for mosquitos and biting flies also. Again living in a heavily wooded area and surrounded by wetlands I assumed I'd never be able to be outside for long without drenching myself in bug spray. There are some times in the summer when I'd have to wear a head net to mow because even with bug spray all over me, I'd have gnats and mosquitos bouncing off my face. Several days after he sprayed for the first time I went out in the evening to move a sprinkler (which is always the worst time for bugs around here) and couldn't believe the difference. I don't know how it works, but it works. I've since learned that apparently mosquitos typically stay in one area and the monthly fogging kills what is there. I called Bill that night and told him to put me on his monthly schedule from here on out. He just sprayed this year for the first time and added a new product which stops new bugs from hatching while still killing those already alive. I'm looking forward to another summer of being able to enjoy my property. I called him last fall about a stink bug issue and he was here within 30 minutes to take care of it. I appreciate the fact that he is the owner of the company and as such he makes sure everything is done correctly, neatly and efficiently. I have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for any types of pest control.
