Bed Bug Burners was contracted to both Chore Services & cockroach removal paid for by my Medicaid…read morewaiver. They were paid for what's termed a "big job that would take 2 to 4 days. WRONG on both counts: cleaning my house was deemed entirely house but the company insisted the basement was separate from doing the WHOLE HOUSE. They kind of cleaned the kitchen, not the appliances or cabinets. They used Catchmaster Roach traps, a total of four cardboard traps. They left after three or four hours, promising to call me with a Return to finish and more "cold" Roach treatments. They called two days later to inform me the Whole House Cleaning was done, which it wasn't. I took pictures of their work & compared it to mine. Medicaid waiver was curious about how sloppy the whole thing was handled. I'm going to do it myself with the help of family and friends. This company is the reason Medicaid is in trouble because disabled seniors get robbed by a VERY poorly monitored system that goes cheap over effective cost of services. I'm 71 years old, I have COPD, CHF, & Multiple Sclerosis along with Complex PTSD. The company did a good job on my garage, but failed miserably on everything else. If you need bug treatments and/or Chore Services, and if you have family and friends, use them first, or just get the equipment & do it yourself. This company has by far, really REALLY bad reviews and should be taken off the Medicaid waiver program. To me, the "company" is run MORE like a hobby, not a business.

We had this company come out in June. I meant to call them sooner, so that's on me. But when I told…read morethem they missed the garage, they said too bad. I would have to pay again. This was not a situation of needing to respray an area that was still "infected". This was a situation of "your guy didn't do the job right the first time". Very disappointed that they didn't stand behind their work. I won't be using this company again. We have cameras around the house, so we knew exactly where he sprayed outside, this was not just an opinion.

Bill started treating my home in Spring 2016. The first service I had him do was perimeter…read morespraying for common household insects such as ants, termites, and spiders. I live on 2 acres in the woods and accepted the fact that there would always be a lot of spiders and ants in my home. I was amazed and my wife and kids were very happy to no longer encounter spiders somewhere almost everyday. Bill treats the home in Spring and Fall and it is well worth it not only for the spider issues but to also no longer worry about carpenter ants and termites. After seeing what a good job he does with the house spraying, I decided to have him spray my yard for mosquitos and biting flies also. Again living in a heavily wooded area and surrounded by wetlands I assumed I'd never be able to be outside for long without drenching myself in bug spray. There are some times in the summer when I'd have to wear a head net to mow because even with bug spray all over me, I'd have gnats and mosquitos bouncing off my face. Several days after he sprayed for the first time I went out in the evening to move a sprinkler (which is always the worst time for bugs around here) and couldn't believe the difference. I don't know how it works, but it works. I've since learned that apparently mosquitos typically stay in one area and the monthly fogging kills what is there. I called Bill that night and told him to put me on his monthly schedule from here on out. He just sprayed this year for the first time and added a new product which stops new bugs from hatching while still killing those already alive. I'm looking forward to another summer of being able to enjoy my property. I called him last fall about a stink bug issue and he was here within 30 minutes to take care of it. I appreciate the fact that he is the owner of the company and as such he makes sure everything is done correctly, neatly and efficiently. I have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for any types of pest control.
