Our experience at Hit Factory has been absolutely fantastic! My child recently participated in a soccer tournament here and had an incredible time. We couldn't be happier with the facility and staff. The indoor field is well-maintained, with excellent turf and plenty of space. The staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. This camp was a huge letdown. The coaches are way too strict and seriously disrespectful and rude to the kids. One kid I know twisted his ankle and was crying on the floor, and instead of helping, the staff just yelled at him to get up. That's not how you treat kids. They constantly use scare tactics on the kids. The kids get scolded for the smallest mistakes like they're always in trouble. It made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. Everyday I had friends letting me know their child did not want to go back due to the treatment. The kids are all 8 years old coming home crying begging not to go back the next day. They also only treat returners/people who pay during the year nice. They could not care less about the kids just there for summer. If you're looking for a fun, supportive environment for your young kids, this camp is not it. The way they treat the kids is just mean. read more

Easy to find & lots of parking. First walked in and was impressed by how big and clean it is. But right away we couldn't find staff or anyone to help us. We walked around for a bit then a worker walked up front with food so I'm guessing he stepped away to heat up his noodles. Downside is he wasn't friendly but he wasn't rude either he just seemed to not want to be bothered. I had questions he wasn't willing to answer and told me to go to their website for that information. To be clear I was trying to get information on booking a party there. I asked the prices of their merch and he gave me "I think" answers which is fine. I was planning to buy my son a hat or hoodie but he didn't want one. We paid for an hour play time and we were able to use the pitching machine for my older son and he let us use a Tee for my younger two kids when the older one would take a quick break. This was my first time coming here and my husband & son's second time. They really like it and overall I did too. Very spacious and clean. My son wants to come back and use their pitching cage for practice and bat again. I'd go back. I did use the women's bathroom and one of the stalls was absolutely disgusting I don't know how often they clean them but it was an explosion to say the least. The rest of the restroom was clean. Paper towels were empty so they had a huge roll on the counter. read more

Beautiful facility! Unfortunately I have personally seen staff treat people horrible!! All cages were open and they pressure you to get out before your time is done. I've seen staff arguing with costumers. Disorganized! We paid for a cage got there and they were closed! We emailed them to give us a refund and they made it sound like it was our fault they were not open!! You shouldn't let people book a cage if you're not open!!! read more

Great all around facility for hitting and fielding drills. Both my son and daughter have spent time in the cages and done field work there and we all love the place. Friendly staff. Much better than going to the cages at Wilson park or some of these other operation. read more

This facility is top notch in the south bay area. Facility has tons of space for lots of training with teams or individual use. I love the amenities it offers for our team and my child. Equipment is state of the art. Staff is great all around and very knowledgeable of all your needs from coaching, training or just having team meetings. Very clean facility with plenty of parking. Facility is amazing but the people running it do it for the money. The minute you share a concern or have a comment, they will shun your child and tell you that their facility is not "a fit" for your child. The summer camps are so expensive and like the other reviewer says they don't take time to get to know your child. Also, it seems like a farm. Just pushing along the cattle and fork in the $$. Flashy is nice but it won't go too far w the poor bedside manners . $300 to practice but no play time guarantee. Then extra $$ for tournaments. The 5v5 tournament are a blast. Super competitive skilled kids get a chance to show what they got!! My kids done about 4 or 5 now and every time has had a great time . It's super exciting to watch the fast pace . You can watch them literally grow befor ur eyes it's amazing. It opens up so many different ways to play the game . I highly recommend the 5 v 5 tournaments. The facility is very clean and staff is super reasonable I don't have a bad thing to say about the place . We just finished our summer camp here, there are some really good coaches that can teach and do care, but having a really bad experience at people who ran it. 1. Marny who picks up phone didn't care about people, has an attitude problem and bad at customer service. I emailed to ask about some concerns I saw at the camp. She SAID as far as she knows NO parent is there whole time. EXCUSE ME, why does it matter? If something is happening at the camp, does it have to happening the whole day repeatedly for her to notice nor care?! Really showed zero interest on understanding if anything abnormal is going on, really didn't care about my kids. Her first instinct is just if you say something my school then you are wrong. She straight out Ignored my questions, wanted to challenge what I noticed instead of trying to fix the problem, zero interest on improving, just ignore it. Never ever follow up with me, as long as I paid, why bother?! 2. Front desk coach Tony really doesn't like his job. Kids Being there all week he can't recognize if we ever been here. Extremely scary to know that my kids got unnoticed AT ALL. I wonder did they even got noticed, talked to, cared about at this camp??? One mom told me some kids got zero to 1 turn to do the rounds while others in the same team got multiple rounds bcz they just keep cutting the line. which probably makes sense, coach doesn't know who is here, who done what. He was pretty mean when we try to ask how to sign in- has little to no patience. Really worried that these are groups of super young energice kids, they will ask something repeatedly, if a coach has no patience or start with a bad attitude, wonder how would he treat my kids down the line? No passion about kids playing- didn't want to engage with kids. He is just here for a job. He might be the kind of person who never ever do one inch more to customize unique needs for your kids, just the bare minimum that will keep him float at his job. Possible the first one lost his temper when dealing with kids based on how he is acting in front parents, I doubt my kids got even a bit attention at school since he doesn't even know they come here. Feeling pretty uncomfortable that knowing I am sending my kids with people like this-careless, ignorant, little to no patient, not interested in baseball with kids. Honestly, baseball is a community; if you don't build your community, you won't have customers. Parents paid a lot of money, spent a lot of time and energy to put kids here at the school, can't risk my kids to be around with people who cares absolutely nothing about my kids, set along learning anything. read more

Hit Factory is a amazing facility and the stuff is very kind and accommodating . We love going to the trainings they provide and also love playing the amazing indoor soccer tournaments . The kids learning so much over there and having fun in the same time . We encountered some crazy parents there of some players that don't know how to take a loss in a game and became super vulgar instead of teaching their kids that you win and loose and that's ok , but the facility handles these with ease . They are overall amazing and we love how clean and top notch it is . Will be back for more play soon . read more

This is the worst experience that my child and his teammates and as a parent have experienced. We come from 3 hours away. The owner is very unprofessional gave phone numbers of our parents to other parents of other teams to harass. If you are Mexican DO NOT!!! Amazing facility! Exactly what the Southbay needs! Everything they offer here is a baseball/softball lover's dream. Always clean and well kept with great knowledgeable and helpful service. Perfect place to practice and get reps in, especially when the weather is not great. The clinics, classes and camps are great and reasonably priced. The instructors are wonderful with the kids. Wish I had this when I was in little league and high school. I am looking forward to coming here in the years to come and watching my son grow his passion. read more
