The entire staff there is helpful and we have again delayed my mother's return home to enable her to continue at CAM. I used to look forward to therapy because it was actually quite fun. And the front desk receptionists were extremely nice and accommodating when I needed to reschedule or contact insurance. The office is also very sensitive to culture and go out of their way to ask you if you're comfortable with certain things. I really appreciated it.

When i called to make an appt, i gave them my insurance info, YET they waited till i showed up for my appt a week later to tell me my co-pay is $65 per session, & i would be doing 3 sessions a week! They intentionally and wickedly withheld the co-pay info from me until i got to the appointment, probably hoping i would be in too much pain & just go through with it. I asked the receptionist why she didn't share this info with me when i made the appointment, haven given her my insurance info back then! All she could say is "i'm sorry". There are many other PT with a lower co-pay that i could have made an appt with had i known early enough what this Active PT was charging. I have been in a lot of pain, & looking forward to some relief from the PT session but thanks to their wickedness, & ineptness, i will have to remain in pain until i find another PT with an opening.

Sam was my occupational therapist, he specializes in hand and upper extremity issues, he has had years of experience, and he genuinely cares about his patients. I also had the pleasure of receiving a few therapy sessions from Ann Marie who is also an occupational therapist for Active Physical Therapy, she too was excellent. I I was concerned about having a competent therapist for my back pain as I have inconsistent experience with therapists before. Some were very attentive while others were not. My doctor referred me to a few physical therapists but I chose ATI because of their more flexible evening hours. This was my 1st time doing PT because from the prior accident, I only went to a chiropractor. I began my sessions with ATI in April and you have to do a ton of questionnaires on your 1st visit. Because I was new to the PT world, I was a little surprised seeing all the openness amongst other patients. I was thinking there would be a private room but as I learned, this is not an environment where you have a privacy lol. I had the pleasure of starting with Jill and I rotated with Will as the weeks went on. Both ATI physical therapists were super friendly, personable and you really become friends with them by the end of your full PT sessions. They have you do various exercises and never push you to what you can't handle. They also give you online sessions and daily at-home exercises. Because of Will & Jill, I am almost back to 100% pain-free. I'll miss working with them but when the pain comes back again (and I'm certain it will), I'll be sure to visit ATI again

This place has amazing physical therapists but the management and staff are the worst I've ever had…read moreto deal with. On 3 occasions the receptionist misscheduled my appointments. It's bad enough that the therapists themselves admitted that they always have scheduling problems because of the receptionists. 1- The first time I had an appointment for 8am and only after I got there did they tell me they had misscheduled and the therapist would arrive at 10am. I had to wait in the office with a baby for 2 hours. 2- the second time, despite me calling earlier in the day to confirm, they cancelled the appointment half an hour before the appointment time 3- the third time I scheduled the appointment in person and a week in advance and asked multiple times to confirm. Despite that I got a call the day before that I was double booked with another patient. I asked the manager Terry to move the other person since they had mixed up my appointments multiple times already. Terry was rude and had the audacity to blame me for her therapist "now having to work double hard" on another shift from moving the other patient when in fact it was her staffs incompetence that caused the entire problem. When I complained to the owner about all this, instead of addressing the issues, she took offense to me stating that I was going to leave a scathing online review. Hopeless!
