The office is in an older, unassuming building but well kept. The front desk staff were really friendly, courteous, and prompt. My appointment started on time, and since I had completed paperwork online before the visit, there was no unnecessary delay. The assistants who checked on vitals and do a pre-doctor screening were all helpful, efficient, and kept me updated on the status of the doctor's timing to the room. There was minimal wait between who saw me. Dr. Gormley was gregarious, punctual, and thorough, making reasonable recommendations, although he dresses very sloppily---oversized pants, unkempt facial hair, one panel of a buttoned-down shirt hanging off the belt. She 100% fixed a problem that none of my other doctors resolved because she really cared and went the extra mile. She changed my life! His expertise and his services using that expertise are excellent, and have helped me through the years. His prescribed orthotics have also been excellent. He has helped me with toe nails, calluses, a bunion, blisters etc. At times I needed an even higher level of care. One time was for a neuroma (involves difficulty with nerve tissue), which Dr. Barber accurately and immediately diagnosed and treated (with an injection to relieve the pain right away, and orthotic padding that prevented further pain). Another time was for an ingrown nail that required surgery. Dr. Barber has a very pleasant manner, and educates you on what he's doing, and how to best take care of your feet. I highly recommend Dr Barber if you want the best possible care for your feet so that you can also live better with your feet.

During preparation to see Dr. Smith, his assistant offered an additional treatment for my toenail problem without mentioning that BCBS does not cover it. At checkout I was surprised to learn that there would be a $60 out-of-pocket charge for the additional treatment; for diabetes which I do not have and BCBS does not cover. Since Dr. Smith performed the diabetes treatment, I assume that he concurred with the offer made by the assistant. The whole situation is akin to exculpatory evidence being withheld in a court case. Under the circumstances Dr. Smith should see that I receive a refund of the $60, which I paid using my Visa Credit Card. Whether or not I receive the credit, an adversarial relationship now exists between Dr. Smith and me. Consequently, I will no longer use his services. In about one month, I will report on whether I receive the $60 credit.

Dr. Rishi Bhatnager cancelled on my nephew's orthopaedic surgery twice on the actual day of the…read morescheduled surgery. He does not know how to be considerate of people's time and taking time off work to give ample notification, atleast on the day before the surgery. The first time he cancelled, we were notified once we got to the hospital and the second time he cancelled, we were notified 10 mins before our arrival time to the hospital. My nephew injured himself two months ago and the first time they put a cast on him, they did not realize that he actually needed surgery so he was MIS-DIAGNOSED. After a month of wearing a cast, they took reviewed the X-ray and then realized he needed surgery. His forearm is still in a cast after 2 months and still no surgery because this doctor keeps re-scheduling and cancelling. My nephew has not been able to work all summer and has not been able to heal properly due to not having the needed surgery. He has no consideration for the patient whatsoever. We pulled him out of this doctors care and his now with a new doctor who will be seeing us immediately. We are now requesting his medical records from this office, hopefully we get it without any problems or headache. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.
