I ran across CAM and after my first visit was hooked. The only PT place that I've ever been to that listens to their patients. Pam and her partner are the best! They always base your PT off of the way you're feeling that day and were very encouraging even when there were times I wasn't feeling it. I went 2 times a week for a few months and thats all it took to get me back to where I was 2 years prior to my surgery. My one regret is I wish I would have found CAM and Pam & team when I had my spinal fusion because my recovery would have taken 1\4 the time. If you want great service and someone who really cares about your well being you won't be disappointed in CAM. They're entire team is the best!!!!

(My mother lives in Florida, we brought her to Maryland to tend to her serious orthopedic maladies.). Dr. Kaitlin is an A+ therapist, however stingy I am with my A ratings. The entire staff there is helpful and we have again delayed my mother's return home to enable her to continue at CAM. I am very, very grateful for the professionalism of this physical therapy center.

When i called to make an appt, i gave them my insurance info, YET they waited till i showed up for my appt a week later to tell me my co-pay is $65 per session, & i would be doing 3 sessions a week! They intentionally and wickedly withheld the co-pay info from me until i got to the appointment, probably hoping i would be in too much pain & just go through with it. I asked the receptionist why she didn't share this info with me when i made the appointment, haven given her my insurance info back then! All she could say is "i'm sorry". There are many other PT with a lower co-pay that i could have made an appt with had i known early enough what this Active PT was charging. I have been in a lot of pain, & looking forward to some relief from the PT session but thanks to their wickedness, & ineptness, i will have to remain in pain until i find another PT with an opening.

All the staff members from the office manager (Stephanie).to the entire therapy staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Sam was my occupational therapist, he specializes in hand and upper extremity issues, he has had years of experience, and he genuinely cares about his patients. Sam set up a therapy plan for me and I had excellent results and recovery. I also had the pleasure of receiving a few therapy sessions from Ann Marie who is also an occupational therapist for Active Physical Therapy, she too was excellent. The staff also was very careful to adhere to Covid guidelines.

I I was concerned about having a competent therapist for my back pain as I have inconsistent experience with therapists before. Some were very attentive while others were not. The therapist who I am working with is extremely competent and caring. I was amazed that after one visit the next day I had no pain. The same happened after the second visit. I asked the therapist for activities that I could do on my own at another pool and he quickly emailed me what I needed. I look forward to working with him as I continue with my therapy!

More than just guiding me through my PT, they took the time to help me to understand the make-up and functionality of my lower leg which was jacked-up. My doctor referred me to a few physical therapists but I chose ATI because of their more flexible evening hours. This was my 1st time doing PT because from the prior accident, I only went to a chiropractor. I began my sessions with ATI in April and you have to do a ton of questionnaires on your 1st visit. Because I was new to the PT world, I was a little surprised seeing all the openness amongst other patients. I was thinking there would be a private room but as I learned, this is not an environment where you have a privacy lol. I had the pleasure of starting with Jill and I rotated with Will as the weeks went on. Both ATI physical therapists were super friendly, personable and you really become friends with them by the end of your full PT sessions. They have you do various exercises and never push you to what you can't handle. They also give you online sessions and daily at-home exercises.
