I can't say enough good things about Jess at Spinewise Chiropractic!…read more I came in after dealing with sciatica issues for over a month. I had tried massage and acupuncture, which gave me some temporary relief, but the pain kept coming back. I finally decided to give SpineWise a try, and I'm so glad I did. I've been to many chiropractors throughout my life, and Jess truly stands out. What I appreciate most is that she actually takes the time to explain what's going on with my body and WHY I'm experiencing the pain. She doesn't just adjust you and send you on your way. She makes sure you understand what she's doing and gives you exercises and tools to continue working on your recovery at home. I'll admit that after my first adjustment, I was actually in a little more pain, but I decided to trust the process. Now, just a week later, I'm in SUCH a better place and feeling a huge difference! Jess even taught me exercises I can do at home and gifted me a balance cushion because she knew how much I would benefit from it. That kind of thoughtfulness and genuine care really says a lot about who she is as a provider. And beyond being great at what she does, Jess has the most wonderful bedside manner. She is so positive, warm, encouraging, and easy to talk to that sometimes I feel like I'm going to see a best girlfriend rather than my chiropractor! I genuinely look forward to my visits, and I leave feeling better physically AND mentally every time. I would recommend Jess in a heartbeat to my family and friends. If you're looking for a chiropractor who truly listens, educates you, cares about your progress, and makes you feel completely comfortable, go see Jess. She's amazing!

That kind of thoughtfulness and initiative is rare, and it made all the difference in how quickly things came together. Her solo practice means every appointment is entirely focused on you, which you feel from the moment you walk in. She prescribed targeted exercises to complement her work, and my improvement has been faster than I ever expected. I was so impressed that our entire family is now seeing her.

MRIs, specialists, arm numbness, back pain, ankle and heel pain, and thumb pain. I started seeing Dr. Kim a few weeks ago, and we've been doing shockwave therapy on my ankle, heel, and thumb. The improvement has honestly been amazing. The biggest win has been my thumb. After just two sessions, I could finally feel my grip coming back after struggling with simple things like opening jars and even doors since last October. My arm numbness and back have also improved, and every visit I leave feeling a little better than the last. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain what's going on, answers all of my questions, and genuinely cares about getting his patients better. He'll also tell you he doesn't like small talk... don't believe him. Somehow every appointment ends up with a great conversation. Bonus points for being so sweet with my fur baby, Jaxx, whenever he comes with me. That definitely earned extra credit. If you're dealing with chronic pain or are curious about shockwave therapy, I'd definitely recommend Back on Point Wellness. My only regret is not finding Dr. Kim sooner!

I'd been dealing with this massive stress ball lump in my neck for almost a year and nothing was working. I tried foam rolling and stretching constantly at home but it just wouldn't budge. When I went in, Dr. Kim really took the time to talk through my pain and actually listen to what was going on. He does these specific stretches during the adjustment that made a huge difference, and he definitely went above and beyond what I expected for a first appointment. My partner even noticed that the lump was finally gone after my visit and told me my walking and posture look way better. I'm complaining about pain so much less now and just feel more aligned. Even a few weeks later, my back and neck are still feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to adding these visits to my regimen whenever I'm in pain again and need an adjustment.

Not only did Dr. Nick listen to my concerns, but he also identified and treated the exact areas that needed attention. After my treatment with Dr. Nick, I was able to continue working, studying, and keeping up with my many responsibilities. I am truly grateful. Thank you to God, Dr. Nick, and massage therapist Sandra for helping me get back to doing what I love and what I need to do.
