By July I had enough, I spend 4 hours waiting on customer service I had been canceled at least 5 times just waiting on water. They gave 10 excuses after show my frustration. They told me that the earliest they could pick there equipment and empty bottles was mid August. I said wrong answer make it sooner it just taking up space in my home. The merger was the worst thing for the customer. The service from Primo Water was slow from the start it just completely stop when Ready Refresh took over nightmare!!!! I canceled my service and and was told my last bill would be $62.00. And that a bill would be sent to me. It never was. Today I called to pay the amount owed and was told my bill WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS! NOT HAPPY TO PAY $102.80 to their collection agency. NEVER AGAIN and will tell all my friends about these shifty business practices.

If I haven't called them in a month, they will call ME to let us know they will be delivering in my area in a day or two just in case I need more! No sales pressure!!!! Quick to respond to emails and messages. They are super busy all the time but they still make our residential delivery a high priority even though they are delivering to Whole Foods in Avalon!
